The address for this location is not accurate. The address listed is a residence and almost 2 miles from the actual location of Tru Built. The personnel was not helpful, I tried calling the number on the reservation multiple times and even left voicemail and never got a return call. The phone number advertised at this location was a disconnected number. Once I was able to find the location I wasn’t able to return the trailer via the app due to location wasn’t accurate for returning process. I wasted over an hour of my time calling Uhaul customer service to not only find the correct location but also trying to complete the return process.
