Nasty, disgusting, ghetto location. Took 15 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. The location was a little sliver of space next to a locksmith, no u haul signs. Nothing indicating where to go. Terrible terrible.

I had a truck pick up at 8 AM, and the owner was nowhere in sight. He arrived late at 8:15 AM. They location was in horrible condition and I couldn’t figure out where the office was. The owner was so rude and barely spoke English. I would never rent from this location again.

I made a reservation for a 15’ truck to drop off at a different location. When I got there the owner tried to push me into a 20’ truck saying he didn’t have the 15’ available. I complained and miraculously a 15’ truck became available at that moment. To my surprise I was charged for 47miles extra miles which I didn’t drive. I opened a claim with support and sent pictures with proof of mileage and I’m waiting for a refund.

There was no office. I walked around the appliance junkyard looking for an office or a person. Next door the mechanics didn’t speak English or understand me. Eventually I found a guy that could help me. The equipment was in good shape. The checkout process was difficult too. At least the guy was in front of the junk yard to find him this time. I was redirected from customer service to this location after my original location failed to provide my reservation. So the entire U-Haul experience was poor today. The o look me bright spot was the patient and helpful agent that continued to work with me throughout this ordeal. She was great.

The manager added coverage to my account that I didn't ask for. He also did not give me a receipt upon checking out. The only way I found out I was overcharged was when I checked my email. The truck was also not cleaned out. Also the number to the office that was on my reservation is not in service.

Upon arriving at this location, I was very confused about where to go for assistance. I spotted a sign on the building pointing to a door that said something to the effect of "Uhaul that way." I had to bob and weave through all types of junk to get to the door. The agent is sitting in a makeshift office in disarray. I wonder how anyone could operate out of an office and a facility like that. The customer service was also horrible—no greeting whatsoever. I completed all my check-in online, so I wasn't there long, thank God. I conducted my business with the truck and went to return it; I was just stared at by the same agent and two other individuals with him outside talking. Being retired from the military, I immediately started to brainstorm an exit plan if things went sideways. As I approached the door, no one said anything. The agent just stared at me until I asked if he was the agent that worked there. He continued to stare and finally asked for the key. No other words were said until I asked if I would receive a receipt, which he starred for about 5 seconds and then finally told me that I would receive it in an email. Shortly afterward, I received my emailed receipt, and to my surprise, I was charged for Safe Move coverage. I did not authorize this charge and declined the insurance when I reserved the truck. I've tried calling the location several times but have yet to be successful. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If you're going to steal my money, at least have good customer service. Uhaul needs to look into this place and evaluate if its policies and procedures are being followed correctly. I can tell you now that they aren't.

The location of which I have received that you hauled was amazing. I have unfortunate events and wrong things. And I forgot engli didn't know? You can answer that question mark do I have to free town downtown Orlando 9 hour and a 1/2 away. And I'm gonna have to pick you up and everything about the U-haul off. Now, that's where my issues began I have reached out to U-haul via chat 2. My phone being broke against my head to be disconnected. Then I end up having to drop you off in orlando for safety so I didn't have to go back to town where I picked up because my partner knew and knew when it was supposed to drop off and drop locatio. Location , I chose to drop it off at nothing rude , threatening me with large bills and lost the keys and blame it on me. When I arrived all the participants before the patrons to Bar that was right next door So I got first pick parking spot, to be notified that I'd be charged over a $1000 because they couldn't find the key that I put in the Dropbox. They started I was only wowed 50 miles only was about 50 when i Had paid for a 100 miles and I had to reach out to you all about that, but I am very unpleased. Kept saying two hours must return to leaves ocala where I rented it from when the fact I rented from leesburgYou guys are charging me with it and additional 1000 dollars. But I can't afford Do to being homeless domestic violencedemestic violence

The location is junky, unorganized, and there's a cat on the premises. There is no formal process, no vehicle check, no receipt or rental agreement provided ant pickup. The truck looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. I also was not aware of the $15 safe move fee.

The vehicle was disgusting. It had not been cleaned in months. The gas tank was on E. I was forced to upgrade because the reservation I made two days prior was given to someone else. The location is bad. I called customer service to request compensation or a partial refund. The vehicle was also driving in bad condition as if it needs maintenance under the hood. Highly unacceptable. And I will not be used U-Haul in the future if this matter isn’t resolved.
