Cost of appliance dolly was more than what was quoted online. The protection plan was twice as much as quoted online. Could not book online due to website not responding.

Staff was the opposite of friendly, love being judged for an out of state license when I am forced to go out of state for pick up. Ratchets were shot on the trailer, releasing them was a nightmare. Tires were not properly inflated at pick up, driver side front tire came with a whole 17 psi in it.
