The worst experience from start to finish. Had to drive 37 miles to pick up my Uhaul. Had to go to another location to pick up the rest of my blankets. I put in a customer service complaint, said they would follow up in 3 days. They never followed up. Emailed customer service, they said they spoke with me, clearly they did not. When I put in the customer service complaint I put in two complaints, one for me the other for my ex. Customer service said there was only one complaint as there was only one contract. No, there were two. Customer Service asked for my contract number again. Could they not have looked back at the original email I sent in to look for my account? When I dropped off the UHAUL to correct drop off the employee said he was not trained to input the data and he assured me that the UHAUL would be processed the next day, it was not inputted. I dropped the UHAUL off two days early on the 19th, two days early. Customer Service said the Area Manager would contact me, I am still waiting for my call back, it has been 19 days.

Cost of appliance dolly was more than what was quoted online. The protection plan was twice as much as quoted online. Could not book online due to website not responding.
CLINTON GStaff was the opposite of friendly, love being judged for an out of state license when I am forced to go out of state for pick up. Ratchets were shot on the trailer, releasing them was a nightmare. Tires were not properly inflated at pick up, driver side front tire came with a whole 17 psi in it.
