The only good part of dealing with this U-Haul location was Maurice. He helped us attach the trailer to our truck and removed it when we returned. I also got a call from someone at this location early in the morning on the day of return, asking me if I was going to return the trailer because they had already rented it out to someone. I was just about ready to bring it back when I received this call. What irritates me is that I had the trailer rented until 4 PM and had initially planned to bring it back then.

Super friendly gentleman came out of the office to meet me as I got out of the truck. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Nice.

This location didn't have furniture dollys even though they were selectable on the app. The employees, however, we're knowledgeable and very helpful.

Had to arrange transportation an hour away to pick up a truck here because U-Haul could not have my truck at my reserved location. Location was great, situation was beyond frustrating.

Everything was great. Only thing that I worried about was that the passenger front tire was very bald and I was afraid it might get a flat. But everything else was great and it didn’t.

Fuel amount was misrepresented. Location stated and documented it was full. Yet, it was clearly below full. I took a photo. However I did return the truck with a true full tank of fuel.

The vehicle I ordered was not operational. It was replaced with a larger vehicle which the ex picked up before I got back there in my car (he had done a U-turn in a 20 foot U-Haul truck). This 26’ truck had a 1/4 tank. He filled it with 3/4 tank of gas with my credit card, $140.00, before I considered renting from another location. I was not provided with documentation of the new truck. And the ex could not get the vehicle pickup app or link to work and just drove off the lot without alerting U-Haul staff (I’ve read other complaints about the U-Haul app). Interesting thing was, I paid for this rental with my credit card for my move out of here and the sadistic male ex was the one who was thanked when I was right there. That’s Texas for you. Especially the hill country where it’s all about cowboys who’ve never been on a horse. It’s a bunch of corny cartoon nonsense.

I was supposed to be able to use the mobile app to pick up early (before store was open), had input payment method on the app, but the woman who took my reservation at the location, set it up for counter pickup—very annoying

Customize a vehicle transport trailer that’s lower to the ground . My vehicle was to low to load on the trailer had to leave it behind 1978 mercury cougar but everything worked out anyways
