I have no complaints about the truck, but there was nobody from U-Haul at this location to help with picking it up. It was a grocery store and the only person there was a teen-aged girl who doesn't know anything about U-Haul except to hand over the key. The connected me by phone with a person who took care of payment, but this person knew nothing about the truck. All he said was, "It's just like driving a car". There was no paperwork at all, so if I had been stopped by police I would not have had anything showing insurance. We didn't walk around the truck to check for damage. One extremely frustrating thing was that I could not find the 12 volt outlet for may GPS, and there was nobody to ask where it was. I called a friend of mine who made some suggestions, and I found it. I was very stressed out on that day because of issues with my bank.
