randy CThe trailer worked fine, the brake lights and turn signal lights worked but had no taillights or clearance lights.
Dale WI had completed a pre-register online but had to go through the complete process again. After walking to the other side of the lot to pickup the truck, I had to remove the sun screen/adv from the windshield myself. The windshield was extremely dusty and was covered with bugs. I had requested packing blankets, ended up with none. After the attendant loaded the dollies into the back, I had to show him how to secure the loading door.

STANLEY HDon't be closed on Sundays. Retire/repair your beat up trailers. It's bullshit to charge extra for insurance on something that looks like it was attacked with sledgehammers.

David GThe clerk at this location is rude and hung up on me mid sentence when I called on Sat May 6th to confirm they had checked in the truck I rented on Fri May 5th. I rented it for two days but ended up only needing it for one. I have called twice now to get a refund from UHaul for the second day I did not use and this locations POS system is down. Please help me get this issue to the right person. I was told by the first rep that he emailed the regional manager but the second rep said no one had sent an email so they said they would. What a hassle :(

Jimmie EThe truck I rented was not swept out - had leaves, dirt, etc. Hey - at least make sure it's clean when you rent it to someone.
John NThe trailer needed to be swept out when I got it, and the rails for tying straps are loose. Otherwise great service and it served its purpose.
Deborah FI felt I was a bother. I was not greeted or even thanked. When I ask to be shown how to use the lock on the back the person was rushed and barely gave me time to view the operation.

Tim MThe trailer was clean, but the trailer had multiple water leaks, so when renting it to keep things dry in the rain, it failed, and my new cabinets got wet, and possibly damaged, seeing how they dry out.
