tire was on it's last leg
anthony mThe parking lot is poorly designed. When I returned the trailer, I got it as close as possible to the drop off point, but the employee wanted me to loop around & back it in. I explained to him that I couldn't, as I was not comfortable doing that, but he was welcome to try. He immediately got pissed. His face & whole demeanor changed. He stomped over to my hitch, un-latched it, dropped it on the ground hard. Then rudely said "you can go". As I pulled away stunned, I watched him get in a side by side with a hitch, which he was going to use to position the trailer where he wanted. I am not sure why he had to act like that. It's not as if he was expected to roll it a great distance by hand. As he was my last point of contact, I would be hard pressed to recommend renting from here.
