We arranged to drop the truck off in Newmarket and I confirmed the drop off with 3 different people and confirmed it on the Friday before the Saturday pick up. We were told the closest place to drop it off was Gilford more Kl for us because we were in Keswick. Obviously your staff are not well trained and give people a great deal of wrong information. I certainly will not rent from you again and will not recommend you to my family or friends. Renting a truck from you was a very unpleasant experience.
