I said that I wanted to drop off my trailer in Kokomo, IN and, on the way, I receive a text that I have to drop off the trailer in Swayze, IN and the lady in Kokomo said I had to take it to Swayze or they will charge me double for my rental. SO, I had to waste another 30 minutes to take it to Swayze. Why could I not just drop it off in Kokomo?

People were nice at location. But uhaul has upset me !!! They overcharged me and did two withdrawls on my account bounced payments i had made then when you call them they say well i cant see it on our end but clearly i see it on my end in my bank account. Tell me to wait should be back in my account 5 to 7 days but keep in mind they cant see it !!! My overdraft fees are just my problem this is so wrong. IWILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN !!!

More details on turn of vehicle. Charged an extra day because the owner didn't get out to the area until the following day. Call following the final turn in of the vehicle

The first girl I talked to was helpful but uninformed as to the tow winch she promised was on the front of the trailer. There wasn't one and loading the vehicle was challenging. Other than that, the folks were eventually able to help me.

Everything here was GREAT. They were here on Christmas Eve and their parking area has easy access. Very pleasant owners.

I made a reservation in Peru IN. and they called for an inch and a half of rain that day so i opted for the day before. Then someone didn't bring a truck back on time so i went to Swazee. And he was so slow on his tablet I questioned the rest of the deal. Then he couldn't rent me a dolly. So he gave it to me. On the honor system. I'm an honest person so i face it to the Massillon oh. Uhaul dealer. I used Pensky moving over to Indiana and it was 70.00 cheaper and and 4 day rental with less confusion. I got Military and AAA discounts from Pensky also. Ive been using uhaul for 30 yrs. Over 50 moves in the Army and profession as an Ecavation Operating Engineer. I try not to complain but i jusI felt like you needed to know. thank you, Ron Nicholas

Do not use express check in !! When you think all is well with express check in I get get a call in the middle of my move asking if I'm going to pick up the truck I requested ( I'm literally driving it when they called ) have no clue what happened but they can see that my payment went through .. so uhaul said they'll take of everything on there end . Fast forward 4 days and I get another call saying none of my information (license # etc..)was in their system YOU HAVE TO GOT BE KIDDING ME UHAUL !!! Obviously my payment went through and name address and phone but wth !!! Last time will I ever do business with uhaul !

The location is an antique shop in the middle of nowhere Indiana. There is very little in the area other than farmland so not much is to be expected. But it is confusing pulling up to an antique shop to drop off a uhaul trailer. Not much for parking either. The car trailer took up the majority of the parking available.

No improvements needed. James said he would try to get the truck that I needed to his location, to save me the hassle of having go pick it up elsewhere. James had the 15' box truck at his location at least 24 hours before I needed it. The adjustment on the mileage was done over the phone and my card was billed accordingly. The whole experience went well and if I ever need to rent any moving equipment in the future I will be contacting James/U-Haul.

I am so pissed off at U Haul right now. As I am posting this I am waiting on a call from them. I was charged twice from the pick up and drop off spots. The drop off spot tried to charge me for two days also. They didn't even know where the truck came from. I am never using uhaul again!!!

NO problems with Carter's, but alot with UHAUL reservation process. They called me to confirm at the last minute and told me to down size because they couldn't find a place in my town with a 6x12. I begged and they told me if I wanted to that I could drive an hour to the next town and get one and they wouldn't charge ME extra. I finally said that it was unacceptable and they called me back hours later to say that they were driving one up to my town. Moving is stressful enough without having to be in tears because of the UHAUL rental people.

First, we reserved the truck for Many, LA and had to go to Natchitoches to pick it up. Second, the A/C did not work. Third, the power brakes and steering went out half way to Texas. Not a happy customer.
