JOSEPH HThe bike shop where the truck was picked up was great. The owners were great and made sure that everything went smoothly. However, U-Haul changed my location from the original pick up location to the bike shop location for no reason important to me. This change caused a delay in my pick up time, since the bike shop did not open until 9am, and my rental pick up time was scheduled for 7am (at the original location).
RENEE MMy wife and I moved house this month into our first starter home. We had some large items that we needed to move so we rented a 15' truck this past weekend from Truth Performance in Essex Jct b/c it was the closest U-Haul rental near us and they just started renting U-Hauls. I'm so glad I called them first as they helped me figure out the right truck for the job. They were kind, patient, and helpful in every way. We are very happy with the price and it was so worth it to rent the 15' truck under their recommendation instead of the Cargo Van as we moved all the large items plus more in 2 trips. I would recommend renting from Truth Performance any day of the week! They're great people so let's help their business!
