They said they knew nothing of a drop off being scheduled and their wasn't anyone to check my rental in as returned. They told me I would have to check it in online. When I did the online check in wasn't working and wouldn't allow me to check in. So I spent 20 plus minutes with a helpful operator to check it in. Plus the drop off was 15 minutes from my move in location. While there was a uhaul dealer 5 minutes from my house where I dropped off the truck my wife rented for the move.
Not friendly. Did not make me feel secure about the drop off.

Much confusion with order. Since a gas station, had to wait a good bit to finalize.
The equipment was standard UHaul equipment, however when I called to ask a question he yelled at me because I didn't understand what he was saying. He was rude and made no effort to explain the pick up process and seemed to get even more angry the longer we stayed on the phone.
The ramp was disconnected from the truck and I should not have had to deal with it like that.
The gas tank was below empty which caused problems. I ended up putting in 60$ thinking they would be glad gas was in tank, but I only used 25$ so I ate 35$. Communication was not clear about that. Very nice people but poor communication on the gas

I was delayed an hour picking up the truck because only one person at this location knew how to complete the rental and that person was not working the day I picked the truck up. The person who was working said that she was shown how to do the rental but she couldn't remember the password and got locked out of the account for 30 mins. They said there is nothing they could do but wait the 30 mins. I called u-haul customer service and was able to have them get an area manager on the phone with this location and get me on my way. It's ridiculous that I had to do this and the worker would not even after I suggested to her that they do it. When I returned the truck later in the person who was working made it seem like I ruined their day when I said I was returning the truck and was making them do some brief work. Then they argued with me that I didn't return the truck with enough gas even when I showed them the agreement and still didn't. Relieve me that it was accurate. But they eventually relented and let me get on my way. More people at this location need to be trained on how to complete rentals and learn better customer service skills.
its just a gas station where I parked the truck. Nothing inviting about it. Personnel are not uhaul employees just gas station owners and uhaul rentals are not their priority.
arrived at my 10am appointment reservation time which was already too late. The owner was not at the the store and the manager on duty was not trained to do any uhaul transactions. I had to wait for the owner to leave her house and get to the store. She then called me and processed by reservation for her home computer. I wanted 45 minutes before I could leave with the vehicle
They were not ready for me. It took an hour to finally get the keys in my hand. No one was prepared despite me having a reservation and arriving on time.
The person working did not know how to check the trailer back in.
