Once again, contract is changed to accommodate U-Haul and with no benefit to the customer who is paying. They are fine to change locations at will, but will nickel and dime you on petty details like blankets not being folded or vehicle not being swept. If you care to be a better company, then give a credit when you waste the customers time by changing pick up and drop off locations. Giving me extra miles does not accommodate the additional 60 miles you add on to my drive and day.

Maurionna BDon’t rent a truck or equipment from a Uhaul dealer. Get it from the actual Uhaul facilities. Rented a dolly and there was no dolly in the rental truck. Had to call Uhaul like 3 times and was transferred between departments 3-4 times every time. Ended up being told to pick up a dolly 20 minutes away from my apartment location. Obviously wasn’t going to do that. So instead, I went to two closer locations and the process still wasn’t smooth. Pick up time for the dolly and truck was 11am and didn’t get to actually solve this and start moving until 2pm. Also, if you choose “mobile pickup” be prepared to submit like 30 application steps and photos before even being able to get the keys.

Mohammed ASame as the pickup location. Drop-off was way further away than was told and during rush hour traffic through downtown U of A Tucson. No place to park a 26' truck, ended up parking between a parked car and a fire hydrant! Signage was not clearly visible from the street was a guessing game as where to park and drop off!

The employees were extremely helpful and checked everything in for me. Excellent overall experience. My family and I are so thankful for this great experience during such a strenuous time moving. Cody FThis location was not staffed when I dropped off a truck on a Saturday morning. It doesn’t seem like it’s ever staffed. There was only one truck here when I arrived and a drop box for keys.

The app said I had no equipment assigned. My entire process was delayed by an hour by having to contact uhaul and go to a different location. I am not happy with uhaul right now.
Elaine WRonnie helped me but let me say this. I called him at 3:35pm and told him I needed a trailer to pick up some cabinets I was buying at Handymans Haven about 8 minutes from him. I told him on the phone that I had to be back at 4 or they’d be closed for the weekend. I needed him to have paperwork ready. He met me outside and helped me hookup. He then said just go and call me with the credit card. I signed the papers and made it!! If not for him it wouldn’t have happened 👏🏻👏🏻
