Information about returning key after hours was quite vague and return box was unmarked and set away from the building, near the street, unable to find after over 20 minutes searching. Only option I could find was to put key in door between glass and plexiglass; they are now trying to charge me $600 for breaking the plexiglass. I emailed uhaul about it and got no response.

The app is buggy. Please allow customers to provide references, drivers license, and picture ahead of time. Also please allow customers to obtain the contract ahead of time.

EDGAR LThe vans passenger front lower running light was broken. It also had a tire pressure sensor malfunction. It was also dirty on the inside. There was nut shells in a cup/misc slot near the driver.
ERIC BFirst truck I reserved had a check engine light and NO gas even though the paperwork said it did. When I went back to the counter to ask about it, the agent just wanted to cancel my reservation. I asked about just renting a van and was apply to do that although that check engine light was also on. When I got my final bill I was charged for two dolly's even though I only rented one and was charge for blankets that I did not get, use or even asked for. Also, the U-Haul app DOES NOT WORK. HORRIBLE!!! You can not use it to check out the vehicle or return it after hours.

SAMUEL INo one on site when arrived. Had to wait 30 minutes. Tires were bald, see pictures on Yelp. Check engine light was on. Seat adjustment not working. Charged for 6 gallons of gas despite leaving the truck as found. Drove 17 miles which according to the fraudulent claim of gas usage would mean the truck only gets 2.8 miles per gallon. License PLATE IS AJ90917. The truck should be reported to DOT and taken off the road until fixed.

BRENT MThis was a horrible experience. The staff made several major errors, which ended up costing me time and money. They were inept and careless, making multiple mistakes on the order. Currently I have been double charged as well, causing my account to go into overdraft, and I still don’t have a working order number or any order reflected in the app at all. This is just pathetic. Shameful.

Owen G1. The UHAUL online reservation system really needs some UX review / user testing. 2. I selected mobile check in for a time before the location opened but when I got there the website told me I had to wait for the location to open. Jammed up my plans. 3. When I returned the van the location was closed for lunch with no notice of that, no droop box. I just left the van. In all, total lack of focus on customer experience.
Lawrence PWe booked to pick up at 8am via the mobile app and when we arrived it said we had to wait until 9:30am when the location opened which defeated the whole purpose of trying to use that service. We ordered furniture pads, and appliance dolly, and one of the dollys with 4 wheels, and the only had the appliance dolly and the regular type. No furniture pads either. The employee at the counter wasn't very knowledgeable about a few things. I wanted to know when the funds would be returned on my card and he didn't know. Convenient location but everything else definitely needs some work.

Carol AThe van's AC didn't blow air out of the dash vents, the left blinder didn't work. The employee was very helpful and kind. This is just how all of the uhauls are that I rent. Has nothing to do with the location.
