Brandon, manager of some sort in Tupelo, MS, awful customer service. Several conversations went badly and he admittedly charged extra non-valid charges because he was angry with us for not wanting to follow through with a change of drop off location he initiated without our consent hours after picking up our rental. Will 1000% never be using U-Haul again after these interactions. U-Haul should be hugely embarrassed by how we were treated BY A MANAGER - district manager he said. We followed the directions of his employee exactly. Y’all need to do better by your customers.

Rodney WRegional manager Brandon was a great help. He was able to help find the unit in Tupelo when our original unit was not available. The reservation website needs to be addressed to make sure units reserved are available when expected.

I am very disappointed with the service at this location, and will never go back.

DANNY LThe drop off location didn't have a jack to use to lift the trailer off the hitch but luckily we put one in our truck so we were able to unhitch the trailer. The rental locations need to have a jack available for customers that may not have one in their vehicle.
Jim WThe pickup location was changed and I wasn't informed. The truck check engine light was on. Tires out of balance so it rode like a paint shaker. Was told to bring it back with 1/4 tank of gas which I did but was charged and listed as empty. Was called and told I was late bringing it back when I was clearly asked if I was bringing it back Friday and responded yes, twice. The AM person that checked me in was awesome and the PM lady that checked me in was nice but is also the one who listed the gas as out when I have returned it with more than i picked up with. First time I have ever felt cheated by uhaul.

Kathryn MSurprised that the vehicle was dirty inside and out. Fuel gauge was setting on empty. A couple of warning lights were on on the dash. After a call to office by employee was told it was ok to run the vehicle with the warning lights on. Otherwise happy with the service.

john cI was charged for a dollie and pads that were not on the truck. I feel like so should get a refund for the dollie and pads.
