They changed my reservation to a new pickup area a day before was supposed to get my U-Haul at 8 AM and all the systems were down and I was told that it wouldn't make a difference if I went physically to an actual U-Haul store that they wouldn't be able to help me until the system come up it took two hours for the uhaul system to start working for them so I ended up getting my U-Haul at 11 am, which then caused me to lose my movers because we were on a time constraint and then the equipment that I paid for two dollies and two furniture ones were not there and I called to complain and was told it usually isn't there if I had a pick up that was an actual Uhaul store. Then i returned the Uhaul and the app wasnt allowing me to do the return and it only said to place keys in mailbox and make sure fuel is back to where it was. I took pictures and everything Dropped it off the night of the rental Instead of 9:30 am the next day . The next day I received a huge 500 bill stating i had it a extra day and also i lost the equipment I NEVER RECEIVED and it was already noted in the system that I didn't receive it. This was the worst experience ever and I've moved plenty of times. Now im waiting for a manager to get back to me to refund me 400$

The Truck was not available when I arrived. Didn't receive my vehicle until 30 minutes past the scheduled time causing delays in my schedule. I did not choose to receive the truck at this location, this was assigned to me by Uhaul.

Uhaul had check engine light on upon pick up. While Driving uphill, the truck seems to struggle and begins to jerk pretty hard. Check engine light begins to flash. The jerking subsides when driving on level Ground. Not sure what the issue issue is, but there were two instances where I almost felt the need to pullover. I suggest these uhauls get inspected or ask if there are warning issues on the dashboard.

1 guy arguing with his wife in the back. I had to walk to the back office to ask him to please help me. He stated that i needed to check in the truck online. He wanted nothing to do with work. I told him that I wasn't doing his job and left the truck and keys and left. U-haul is a huge waste of time. Your rental yards could care less about the "BRAND". Do better U-haul!!!
