The cost was entirely too high and they wouldn’t take cash as a payment which makes no sense at all. And they took forever to figure out how to check me out.

Also we went over our miles and charged extra money our trip was from turbo mart to 64 main st my morris ny then to 762 n center at canton pa then back to halls in tough pa if uhaul can’t figure out mileage based off google maps and add a few miles then there is an issue and uhaul shouldn’t be charging by mileage

Don't believe i will be renting uhaul trailer ever again paid for 24 hours and spent half the time trying to get access to pick up my items and ended up returning 5 hours from pickup of rental

terry sThe young lady was very inexperienced. She was also trying to take care of the gas pumps and the pizzeria at the same time she was trying to check me out. I felt very bad for her. The air conditioning in the truck “worked” but only through the defrost and floor. We reported it upon turn in and found out there was a vacuum tube that had disconnected… I recommend that all vents get checked to ensure all systems operate correctly.
Stephanie MI reserved a 2 wheel dolly. When I arrived, the only 2 wheel dolly had a $7.00 advertisement. Sadly, the $7 dolly wasn't in the stores inventory and I had to pay $15 because that was all she could charge through the U-haul billing system at that location. The woman was very apologetic.
