I had a 5pm return time. The entrance into this business was not very noticeable. Only a U-Haul flag. I actually turn into the business next entrance. Not noticing where I needed to drop off the truck, I had to cut over this other businesses lawn. It was embarrassing. Tuten Land Clearing has only a fenced in dirt lot which was locked. Rental trucks were parked outside the locked fence. I assume their office was the mobilehome inside the locked fence. I'll also assume business hours of operation are flexible. No one was around. The drop key box was hanging on the fence. Overall, not sure the reason why U-Haul uses this location.

Not only did I not receive the Dolly I paid for, the office was closed at 10 am so I couldn’t receive any help with the issue
Abigail ZYou might want to make sure that this place even exists. She was nice and friendly, but this place was not ez to find. Truck was like new so that was good. Everything else, sucked. 9am dropoff to place that isn't there after moving for 15 hours. I will never use Uhaul again.
