Have staff that know what they’re doing. It took 1.5 hours to check in and 45 minutes to check out. It was ridiculous. On top of that, I was overcharge twice for that interaction. Terrible experience

This location should have their uhual affiliation pulled. Terrible customer service, some of the worst service I have ever received. truck was so dirty and the gas and milage was not what it should have been at the time of pick up. There is no cell service or data at this location so doing the pre trip inspection is near impossible with zero assistance from any staff
