The lady running the place is not consistent in her hours, she lets her small grandkids climb all over her, beat metal things on her desk and play with the keyboard on her computer while she was trying to check my truck out. She took 2 personal calls while i was there trying to check out. She just laughed it all off. I was in a hurry and she took almost an hour to check out, and I wss the only person there.....it was so unprofessional and rude. That was the last time i got a truck. This time she wasnt there at all and there is horrible cell phone service there so it took me forever to check the truck out on my phone and check it back in. These 2 times were the worse uhaul experience ever. And I have moved a lot using Uhaul. Not a good representation of Uhaul.

The hours are very limited which is fine with the option of your 24/7 Share program. However, there is little to no cell service at this location making it literally impossible to complete the online check in, rental, and return. The location did have an available WiFi service of which was massively slow and took us the better part of an hour to facilitate the rental process. Not a good service at the Spirit Lake, ID location.

The UHaul truck did not drive well saved you couldn't safely store it at 45 miles per hour basically I was not happy.

Had to wait outside for more than half hour, even left for a while because they were not ready. They were friendly. Didnt have the size of truck I had ordered and had to drive 3 days in a much larger truck than I had wanted.

I was scheduled to return to Spirit Lake and they didn't know I was coming. Didn't offer any receipt indicating the transport was returned clean and without damage. Made me uneasy. I have used U-Haul for over 50 years and never had that happen before.

I called for a coeur d alene pick up and the day I was to pick it up, they said to drive to spirit lake to pick it up. we waited 1 1/2 he for spirit lake to drive it from sanpoint and then it was full of mud which we had to clean. very unsatisfied customer.

I made an appointment for 9am and it took the women over 2 hours to finish my paperwork and on other customer. Then she couldn't get her credit card system to work and scanned two cards more than 4 times. I'm still not even sure which card she charged.

The office was filthy and I had to use the restroom because I had an hour drive there, it was disgusting!!! and there was no sink to was hands, gross! When I told the woman what had happened with the 2 hour trip to return the unit she offered no resolutions. I also did not appreciated having her political affiliation posted all over the office.

I would only recommend this location if it is the most convenient for someone. The office was difficult to find, without a clear sign pointing the direction to the office door from the front of the building. Inside was cluttered and very dirty with barely a place to even stand! The personnel was helpful however.

Clerk was excellant but it is a real pain to rent from U-haul. I had tried to rent the previous week from a different location and after answering many questions on the phone and then even more at the pick up site, taking about 40 mins i was told i could not rent. Very very difficult to rent from U-haul, did not used to be that difficult.

The Service lady was nice but I found it disappointing that I called the day before with a specific trailer in mind and then when I arrived it wasn't ready and it took over a half hour to do the paperwork... Then I had to drive with her back to a snow cover unplowed lot to get the trailer in so doing even with snow tires I almost got stuck.... Needless to say it would of been nice to see the trailer up by the office allot closer than me having to go get in and almost getting stuck in the snow... what I found really disheartening is a chained up dog outside in the snow ... I am a dog guy and if your dog has to be chained up outside in the cold then you don't need to have a dog.... buy a cat ...

Location has poor cell phone reception. Trying an online return was frustrating. Luckily there was someone who worked at the location to contact after hours. They were very helpful. Wish U Haul had alternative drop off procedures posted.

Drop off after hours was easy. Received receipt in email. Dispatcher helped me find location as it wasn't printed out on my contract, just Spirit Lake. Location was perfect just off the Highway.. just out side of town, 4 miles from my end location, easy to spot. The location is excellent. Didn't experience inside facilities.

On the cover of the rental packet "sleeve" that you carry all the paper work from U-haul in, it says "No Problem! We can help!" That would sum up my positive experience with U-haul! Thank-you for standing by that Motto! I`ll be back! Les

The dolly I rented with my truck locked up half way up a staircase causing a over $1500 china cabinet to fall damaging it beyond repair, and caused a injury to my hand. I've used u haul many times in the past and have never had a problem. This time I had multiple problems.

I lost my key and it took 5+ phone calls to Uhal for someone to finally direct me to a ford who was able to send an independent locksmith to open the door for free

I think the uhaul place was dirty but the owner was nice and helped me. However I rented the uhaul and decided not to get. I was charged 85.01 when I original rented it and another 22 for the rental when I never moved it. I was told I would be reimbursed however the is the 2 Ned and nothing.

No place to park the trailer, or anything else for that matter. I had to disconnect myself because there was no yard personnel. The office was disorganized and messy. It took a very long time just to drop off the trailer. I was disappointed.

The location of Twin Lakes Body and Frame is great for where I live. It is a little difficult getting a hold of anybody there. U-haul main office does not have the correct info on this location, either

This location was disgusting, filthy, cat feces on the floor. Barking dogs chained up outside, showed up at reserved time and the place wasn't open. It looked like a junk yard only it wasn't a junk yard. Did not feel safe.
