The young ladies on weekend were great. I often slipped in a t 10 minutes till closing time and they were unfailingly pleasant and courteous.

We needed a clean, secure, and climate controlled facility for my aunt's housewares, furniture, and personal effects until we could figure out the best way of managing donations. Twin State Storage provided both and at a reasonable price. Thank you!
Sandra B | Overall ExperienceUnit was clean and secure in climate controlled area. Staff very helpful and competent. The only drawback was the elevator system. To move items I had to use freight elevator for two carts at a time, up one floor. Elevator doesn’t allow people in it so you have to walk the stairs up to meet the freight, then walk downstairs to load two more carts, repeat the process. This could be a barrier for someone with limited function.

We had our things there over a year and never had an issue. My wife felt safe going there. Twin State was definitely the best for us. The pricing for the area is the best. Thank you!
