There was no place to return the truck other than a storage facility that was next door. We weren’t sure if the facility was related. But took a chance. Twisted has no room for an after hours place to park the truck.

This was a small used-car lot that the Uhaul app had recommended to me initially, and for this company truck rentals is a side business. The nice young lady in the office was as helpful as she could be, but she was untrained on the Uhaul app, and it took a LONG time to get checked-in correctly. She initially got the final mileage calculation wrong by using the app, and I had to coach her through the correct calc by hand in order to avoid a $400 overcharge for mileage. The Uhaul company failed to recommend (via their app) instead, that I do my turn-in a mile or 2 to the south, where there was a major Uhaul service location. Overall, it was just a lousy turn-in experience. Hello, Ryder or Penske next time.

Lady was extremely unprofessional and she would talk to whoever was around her instead of helping me as her customer. Then when I got fed up and told her I were going to be late to get the product that we needed the uhaul for she went to coworkers and complained about me infront of me thinking I could not hear her. I will never use her again

Got to location and nobody would answer door, then when they finally did they were untrained for the U-Haul. The office girl was very nice but was unfamiliar with computer program and they guy that worked there did not know how to hook up the car hauler that we rented.

The trailer tires were old. They were a little dry and starting to crack. Also, their speed rating was J?! Limiting me to 62MPH, though the trailer said I couldn't go any faster than 55MPH?! The speed limit in TX is 75MPH. C'mon Uhaul! Update your equipment!

It's a small independent used car lot. The owner was the person who helped me. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. Every question I had he answered. Everything I asked for he was about to provide. He was very accommodating and willing to do whatever he needed to make the process quick and efficient.

The tow dolly had a cracked fender. It was already loaded up but when we walked out to check it realized it also had no taillight. I did not choose this location, I asked for the U-Haul location in Lawton, OK. Your online defaulted to another location on 38th Street then it was changed without notifying me to this twister auto location. I was not please having to drive back and forth across town and eventually having to go to the main U-Haul location anyway to exchange out the tow dolly...

Super friendly. Very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Twister auto sales over the Uhaul store on Cache road. The uhaul store manager was rude and lost my reservation after it was confirmed two days before picking up a cargo van. When I arrived on time to pick up the van, I was told the Cargo van was stolen, yet, they never called me to let me know. Twister auto immediately took care of me and I was treated with respect. The store on Cache is not dependable and they are very unprofessional towards the customer and obnoxious. I will not use Uhaul again, I plan to use Twister Auto only.
