Give me equipment that is in good shape. The truck should have been fixed prior to me driving it. My life was endangered and by uhaul just so you could get a truck closer to a service center. I feel very violated.

I was charged for 2 extra gallons of fuel even when I stopped to put fuel right before returning the U-Haul. I left the gas filled up the same amount I received it and what was required. Which was not a complete full tank.

I explained in detail that I would be driving a long distance with the truck. It is a tire dealer that handles your trucks and after asking for a good vehicle due to my move, I ended up having to deal with 2 bad tires less than 40 miles into my trip. I do have to give a big shout out to a UHaul authorized dealer in Muleshoe, Tx. After many phone calls and me finding my own tire center, the employees at Tireworks Tire Center went above and beyond the call of duty. The guys made multiple calls and found two new tires that fit your truck. They drove to meet and pick up the tires so we weren’t stranded as long as we might have been. They were wonderful providers and very helpful. You should be proud to have them under your umbrella! After a 4-5 hour delay into a long day, we got back on the road safely.

Well maintained, probably. Clean, no. Windshield was covered with bug splats. Cob webs on door mirrors. We cleaned ourselves. Note that Two Knights Tire & Auto does U-Haul on the side.

Only issue was that they(U-Haul) don’t have seven way trailer plug on the trailers so we couldn’t check lights so when I got home and checked them the RT turn signal, brake and running lights did not work.
