There was some animal fur on the seat I had to clean but other than that it was a great experience and the staff was nice.

Parag PI would rent from this location again. Customer service was great. The process was easy overall. I was able to get my call answered on the 1st attempt. There was no wait when I went to pick up the U-Haul. It was clean, gassed up on full and the paperwork didn’t take long at all. Overall great experience!

James CRenting the cargo van was quick and easy. The registration person recommended a 100 mile package that turned out to save us some money. That was VERY nice of him and he was VERY professional and very nice. Dropping off the van was also a snap. Dropped the keys in the drop box and received my final invoice/bill via e-mail just a few hours later. Only thing that I noticed is the cargo van had a couple "error" messages on the dash that need to be addressed. I would use this location again.

RICHARD LRental was easy, people were nice. Back of truck was clean but the cab of truck was dirty. Cup holders were sticky and the floors needed to be vacuumed. Truck drove fine.

Paul CDisgusting. They charged me for 6 gallons of gas, and $30 to put the gas in, even though it was parked right next to their gas pump. I probably used 2 gallons, and they made no mention of the refilling fee. Just thoroughly unpleasant surprise

The only issue we had was probably out of their control as the back storage area smelled of strong gasoline fumes and the interior smelled like Marijuana had been smoked in it. An ozone machine would probably help to removed these smells before handing off to the next customer.
