The help staff in the gas station were rude and demanding. They were frequently unhappy with many things like my angle of parking, when I was asking too many questions, or when I was idling too long. Also, I lost time on my reservation due to a technical glitch on UHaul. There was an error in the customer verification that was not my fault, and I had to call and stay on hold for more than an hour to resolve it, which was unfair to my reserved time (and U Haul tried to claim I was late to pick up my U Haul despite this error). Finally, I reserved a 10 foot truck, but there were none available. If that is the case, I shouldn't have been able to reserve a 10 foot truck at all. Overall, most of my issues stemmed from U Haul servers or user portal. The location here is good and clean, and easily accessible. Just that whoever was working there at the time was very rude.
