The gentleman I worked with at drop off took care of reviewing the trailer for me as I didn't have time to stop. He already knew the unit was inbound and was ready for me when I came in. Very nice closing to a rental for me.

Marilyn HI did after hour drop off. I had issues with the link to try to send pictures online to check truck back in. I called Monday morning when they opened young lady that answered phone was very pleasant, knowledgeable and had already handled checking it in. The 5 star is for the customer service. As far as check in link not sure what was going on I do stuff on the internet all the time scheduling cars/trucks etc that is below average! It could have just been net glitch to but Uhaul needs to check out checking in online see if the link is broken. I was stressed out as did not want to pay for a truck I dropped off after 12 hours and did not even keep the 24 hours.

Montrellis LHave vehicle gassed up. Only 38 miles worth of gas in truck when I picked it up. The App wouldn't allow me to use my mobile to pick up truck. Called customer service. They advised me to use the website. No problem after doing so.

Angelin CHave my online reservation, which was accepted and processed by U-haul, be correct so I don’t have to spend time on the phone with U-haul customer service to correct U-haul’s mistakes, and get my vehicle 2-hours late, with no compensation from U-haul for my inconvenience.
