The young lady was proficient, professional and proactive. My browser was acting up and prohibited me from doing much of the online processes. She jumped in, at a social distance, of course, and handled the administrative details. The truck was very clean and well mannered. I would do business here in the future.

I had set up the rental prior to going to the store giving them all the information and then still had to give them the information three more times and use the online check in and it still took over an hour to get to Equipment. If you want me to use the online check in then I should never have to get the information again it was a big runaround and a waste of my day.

Waited for 45 minutes for help with 2 workers there. We did not receive a greeting or a “may I help you?” I finally called customer service because the online check in kept kicking me out of check in. Not happy at all.

Locking bar on appliance dollie would not work. Fortunately, we had a ratchet strap with us. The Customer service portion was excellent and Nathan was very helpful. We have used your services in the past and would highly recommend.

Fix your online process for if I truly didnt need the truck n trailer right than n there , I would've never kept trying ... meaning same step over and over repeating same steps over several hours to even get a photo downloaded, confirmation and pick up/ drop off ... rude online service on my last 2 request were unable to give proper assistance in understanding the problem on both times I requested assistance do to your site having exterm glitches errors freezing up... I will give praise were one has went over and beyond to help during my 1st transaction on rental truck: He was amazing n kept me calm! That was the only reason why I returned...

I know it was more challenging with the shelter in place order. The uhaul app is awful though. Great idea, very poorly executed in terms of the technology.

I made a reservation at 2 o’clock. And wasn’t able to get my truck till 3:30. Wish then delayed my return

The truck I received was messed up. The truck pulled towards the left, and every time I would try and stop the truck would try and cut off. I cleaned out the vehicle before returning it and was still charged for it. Will not return to that location.

The loading ramp would not secure I had to strap tie it ,the renting agent billed us for 2 days instead of 1, the drop off agent was super nasty rude slow and acted arrogant we offered assistant with procedure. How ever they did refund the second day billing . It was not a pleasant experience at all .

They told me my truck was ready to go, so I left the store got to my destination and realized that the dolly was not on the truck. I drive back to the store to get the dolly and they charged me for the miles anyway. I thought that was highly unprofessional. I may not use uhaul in the future.

Make sure they’re checking the mileage properly. I made the mistake of just dropping the keys and not waiting for an overall price. My $70 quote turned into $134–I only had the uhaul for 3 hours. I won’t be a returning customer, and I’ll let whoever wants to listen know to make sure to sit and wait for them to tell you your mileage.

Had trouble finding my reservation at Verity Pkwy location. Then when went to pick up on the 29th only one employee. We had to wait in line and the guy behind us was done before us because the employee was altering registers. We get truck and it said on paper work was at1/4 tank but was actually almost empty. Had enough to get to gas station. Then when we went to drop off had 3/4 tank. At the drop off when we got to there the girl was asleep in the office. Then I asked her to check in truck and she said she would do it later. So I went to car and waited so she came out and checked it in. They had incorrect mileage. They had us in system for 113 and our paperwork said 131. She had to call 3 different people to fix. They did credit me $8 which I have not received as of yet. I have used Uhaul multiple times and this was the worst experience.

I was treated rudely from not getting rental information, to having truck damage and being accused by the assistant manager of causing it...and she apparently feels the need not to inform customers how they should video a walk around before leaving the lot. Lord knows that would have taken seconds. Thank goodness I was not driving in the dark...the lights weren't on, and knob in dash (what I had been accused of doing, absolutely ridiculous). It took a good samaritan to get the parking break to release, again because it wasn't attached to the dash. She was rude, yelled at me and shouldnt even have the ability to say she is management. It was offered by their customer service department to get a 25.00 credit on next rental. Really? NEVER again will I think to use UHAUL again. I will pay more to get a Penske truck. They at least know customer service, and would not tell the customer to move the truck out from between the other parked vehicles, they actually want to help. Her favorite excuse was cost of gas if not full on return. Alrighty. Not.

Things were going alone fine until the general manager J. Gross asked me the location I wanted to return the truck to. I told him I wanted to return the truck to the Merchant Drive location in Lexington, Kentucky. He got on google and told me that the East 2nd Street location was right on top of where I lived and TOLD me that was where the truck was being returned to. He talked to me in a degrading manner. He talked down to me as though I was not human. I replied to him that I did not want to go to the East 2nd Street location due to the neighborhood and that I would return the truck to the New Circle Road location. I live in Lexington and I know the location closes to me. I did not realize until I drove off the lot that Mr. Gross put the return location as East 2nd Street. He did not care about accommodating me or what was the closes location to me. There is a U-Haul location at 2425 Merchant Drive, Lexington, Ky. 40511. I live right around the corner from there. My convenience did not matter to him. He was aggressive with me and combative. Is this the image you want for U-Haul??? He needs customer service training. I was extremely disappointed. I will NEVER us this location again nor will I recommend this location to anyone I know. J. Gross is bad for business. M. Gay

I've rented from uhaul every time I've moved without any issues up until the most recent rental. I rented a 26' truck, which I've rented in the past and can drive it with out issue, but upon return I was accused of scratching the side of the truck. The staff were extremely rude, making accusations about the "damage" I did to the truck. They refused to explain anything they were doing except the fact that they would be charging me over $400 to cover costs to have it fixed. The truck wasnt damaged while in my possession and where it is scratched along the driver's side couldnt possibly been caused by me since the 2 places I parked the truck had no trees, or anything at all except a flat front yard. I am furious and wont ever be using uhaul again.

Stop over charging for fictitious charges, I checked the vehicle in via my mobile device and was charged for after hours check in also I swept out the inside of the vehicle but was charged a cleaning fee. NOT HAPPY!

The truck was frozen shut. Went to return truck and my account stated that I had no rentals to return. Was on the phone for 45min trying to get it fixed and they were unable to resolve problem. Ended up leaving truck and came back the following morning to get everything situated. Very stressful to just return a rental.

I definitely prefer budget over uhaul. I rented the smallest box truck (studio up to 1 bed apt). This truck would NOT fit a one bedroom apt. The only things I moved was 1 queen size bed, dresser, chest, table, washer and dryer, rocking chair, small book shelf (9 cube shelf) and a bike. That alone barley fit in. The fact the I didn’t have full use of the truck since it wasn’t flat didn’t help. Also hate the fact there is no ramp. I have only used uhaul twice and unfortunately prefer budget. The biggest factors are the ramp and full use of the truck. It is very difficult to lift everything up into the truck and down off of it after two day of moving.

When my boyfriend went there they told him that I had a 134.00 balance which I did not I went to get a storage as well I was told I had ro have a special lock and home owners insurance We went to the storage and couldn't get in the storage He never told me I had limited access and I had to pay extra to get 24 hour accept Which is ridiculous I have never heard of a thing like that You all are just out to take people for there money and I will never be back and will be disputing the charges with my bank

I know It was out of their control but it was hard to get to the facility with all of the roads blocked and closed due to the fire in the area. I would have appreciated an alternative route to get around.

The time to process during pick up and drop off was a bit lengthy. The was a trainee handling my order. So I do understand that can take longer. There was no ice scraper in the truck to clear the window.

I booked my truck and storage unit at the same time online. Check in I had to make new reservations. The store manager refused to give me the free storage promotion and I had problems with everything.

Never answer phones, ONE employee for forms & hook up equipment. You arrive at 9 a.m. to pick a reserved trailer, wait an hour then are expected to have a 24 hr. rental for 23 hrs.! Poor management.

I was very satisfied other then,not having 24hr. acsess to my storage. There should not be a phonammal fee to have access to my stuff. I feel that it is a gimmick to make more money.
