Options for different pricing need to be more clear on the website. For example, I was told that a one-way might have been cheaper with more mileage, yet, the website does poorly on indicating that.

Everyone that assisted me was awesome. Deb (for helping to make the reservation) Tyler (who helped switch my reservation from a 1way to intown/roundtrip) & the gentleman who helped me with the rental this morning (I'm sorry I forgot his name). We always have excellent service in the Shillington location where we do business and the drop off in Frostproof Florida was just as positive however we are quite concerned with an text that was sent to Tim a few days prior to our departure offering compensation for a trailer pickup in Philadelphia to be delivered by us via our already established rental vehicle for a discounted amount off our original estimated bill. No one knew anything about it at the Shillington location although our reservation number and details were identical in both the text as well as your documentation. I cannot copy over the text in this window however I’d like to get it to you and discuss this with someone from your corporate office at your soonest convenience. Debbie Antonelli the general manager was a rude disrespectful person. She didnt properly explain the storage she walked away several times while we were trying to get storage and address issues about truck. She was horrible to her employee who was the only man being respectful to us amd trying to help us. She made me feel unsafe with her aggression and rude comments that I left the store went in parking lot to try to seek help from ur customer service line. After they called her she left never apologized and gave me dirty nasty looks. I will never ever use uhaul again!!!

The staff member Tyler Sunday 12/15/19 was incredibly supportive and helpful, especially when it came to mobile check-in/check-out. The mobile/online system needs a lot of work, but Tyler more than made up for the frustration.

Very respectful and attentive young men Seth and Tyler helped got my truck in Saturday morning 12/ 14/2019, I was in at 8:11am and in less than 3 minutes, Seth got me my truck! When I returned the truck st 11:54am, I took Tyler less than a minute to ring me out!! Wonderful and courteous services!!!

I rented a 26 and 20 ft ford truck and both were excellent trucks! Great experience and very fairly priced for the quality trucks I had. All the trucks should have tie down hooks instead of the wood boards. It makes strapping cargo much harder and time consuming.

Very easy, walked in was greeted with in seconds, was processed, given dolly & shown truck within 8 minutes.

This is the 2nd time I have rented a trailer on Thanksgiving day to use for black Friday shopping, and both times the manager was very pleasant to me and very knowledgeable with the rental process and hooking up the trailer. Also, when I dropped the trailer off, the gentleman was also friendly. I will continue to rent from this location in the future.

When the truck is reserved we should not have had to wait for a long time. Credit card wasn’t given at registration it should not have to be given again.

Have been using this location for well over 10 years... rent vans/trucks at least 3-6 times every year. Have always been pretty pleased, which is why I have been going back every year for well over 10 years.... This however was not one of the better experiences..... upon picking up my rental van, I waited for just over an hour at the counter because the gentlemen helping me could not get the computers to work.... Im a very patient person as I was with him as well considering the circumstances, but over an hour is rediculous! Again, keep in mind I was the first one in line and I waited an hour... there were three four people behind me. Another gentlemen finally came in and proceeded to process my order within 5 minutes, so I dont believe this was a computer issue (not to mention the original gentlemen tried on both computers) I believe this to have been user error. But to have made me wait for an hour, I was completely patient and cooperative and to not have offered any discount or anything, I thought was pretty disappointing. Then once I finally get out of the building and get into the vehicle, I turned the key over only to see the check engine light come on that the oil needed to be changed..... so again, not one of the finer moments. Not sure if anyone will actually read this, but it would be nice to know that my business is appreciated and some kind of discount or voucher for my next rental would go a long way with me to continue business. Im a local business owner and we we work D. hard to do a good job, but even we fall short from time to time.... and if / when we do fall short, I do everything and anything I can to make it right.... It was so nice, we could stand back while they hooked up the trailer and wiring for the lights and just pull away with the trailer.... couldn’t get much better than that!

The employees are just short of rude when I came in to buy packing materials. They don’t communicate with a customer that they’ll be right with them if they’re on the phone or handling paperwork. Parking is difficult to find at this location as well. Some customer service training would be beneficial.

Employee who handled return lacked professionalism: 1. had a cigar in his mouth the whole time 2. repeatedly used the "f*%$" word in conversation 3. when I went to the counter to initiate the return, 2 employees were dealing with customers, and this employee was talking to another and did not greet or offer to help me. I had to ask if he would take my return, at which point he came out to help.

I've been there several times. The equipment has always been in excellent shape, and the people working there have always been competent. My only concern is, there is always a line of at least three people, and the rental process takes a long time.

the employees were GREAT. however, the trailer i reserved had non-functional lights. Additionally, i was first in line at 7am and it still took over an hour to get out of there, due to faulty equipment. Also, there was a line of almost 8 groups and only 1 employee.

I hired movers who met me at your site bc they were going to drive. They charge $85 an hour. Your computer system was down, I waited an hour in line. You cost me 85$ because you were not prepared. How is that fair? You should refund me the cost of the truck at least to save face or I will never use U haul again nor suggest it to anyone. Penske next! Also the woman running the store acted like I (the customer) was an inconvenience when I approached the counter. What's the matter with people in customer service these days? Go somewhere where you don't deal with people you morons.
