truck was filthy check en fine light came on after a couple of hours - freaked me out. Had to pull into another location and have everything checked, which added an hour to my trip.

Catherine CI was overcharged for the rental, falsely accused of not replenishing the gas. I had to go back and prove that I did refill the gasoline and send an email. I then got a refund for $58 after a few days and no apology
Sohail SI was locked outside the gate for 1hour waiting for the staff or manager to open the gate . Pedestrian and main gate were closed and no staff answered the office office to open the gate. As a result, it caused me $30 late fee charged by my children daycare for that day. I was late to pick up my child from her school.
