Absolutely nothing needs improvement. The person who set up the reservation (over the phone) and secured for us our vehicle when we arrived was super helpful, pleasant, and a pleasure to deal with. david pUnfortunately I am not happy with my interaction with U-haul. first when I reserved a truck I was relocated to different location without any notice , I was not informed that size I requested was not available, so I was rebook for less desirable location. when I return my rental , there was an issues with a level of gas , I have to be charged extra , even though I fuel my track, I never pay attention to fuel level at the pick up , lesson learn don't trust anyone. Hopefully don't have to rent a truck again . Thank you .
