Did not visit the facility but the lady who delivered the U-boxes to my place was excellent. She took the time and effort to drive the semi truck through narrow streets and sharp turns.

We had a storage container that we had to get into a few times, and had to change our delivery dates a few times and the staff at Uhaul were incredibly flexible, helpful and friendly! Thank you!!!

Our uhual box cover was put on incorrect so it was very difficult to move stuff out of it. We traveled an hour to get our stuff and it was messed up and couldn’t get into it without extreme difficulty

We never visited the facility. \Communicating with them was not easy. Their number rolled to the call center. No joke: more than once, I was transferred at least 9 times.

Ended up needing to move during the snow storm. Grant was incredibly helpful and competent, and treated us with kindness during our difficult situation. Thankful for him keeping uhaul open!!

Rented uboxes that carried over 3 - 6 days into new month. Charged for full month + delivery fee. Location was inflexible to make any adjustments. Will not use you again and nor recommend.

Booking center needs to be aware of actual facility hours. I had requested and was booked for a 7:30am pickup appointment but the actual Kent facility opens only at 8am. I was even offered 7am.

Easy pick up and drop off for a U-Box storage. My items were safe in the box for the cross country move. Nothing broke, and it arrived on time.

There was a little issue where no one really knew how to schedule the u-box delivery or really its location. But it was resolved in under 24 hours. Other then that everything went smoothly.

The diver, Shelly, was great. She was helpful and really worked with me. But most of my U-Haul U-Box experience was bad. Overall the Kent folks were good, but I doubt I'll ever use U-Haul again.

We only used the local Kent storage for a day while our boxes were in transit from Maryland to Tacoma, but the delivery was excellent and the boxes were in great shape with no broken items! ThanLD!

My issue is not with Kent but with uhaul. Your tracking system is absolutely horrible. No one could tell us pod location or eta during shipment. Frustrating as we had to fly from AK to meet pod.

Based on my overall experience with Uhaul moving from Arizona to Washington, I would not recommend using Uhaul to anyone i know. Uhaul of Kent was the only bright part of our move. They were perfect.
