Overall, a very good experience. The delivery of pods ( I had 5) was great and the delivery of pods to new home (California to Texas) was perfect. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. All of my belongings arrived in perfect condition . I would definitely recommend.

Margret JThere was a small hiccup with delivery. We were told that our box would be delivered to South Bend, but it was delivered to Elkhart, too far to make a couple of trips to retrieve our items. We therefore had to pay $100 to have it delivered to our home. Everything else was perfect, and professional. Great customer service, including LJ with the company who loaded and unloaded for us. Very kind and professional!

Kayla AThe ubox got moved to concord without early notice and proper information. I booked the unloading movers package, but my movers didn’t receive any messages about the ubox got moved to the other sites. Even more ridiculous was I call the traffic, they didn’t even know that my ubox got moved! I had to ask them to check three times in order to get the correct info.

Margaret EDuring our relocation from California to Oregon, we had five U-Boxes handled by four different U-Haul locations. I was worried that filling and storing three boxes and then getting two more a few months later would lead to confusion down the road, but U-Haul managed that without any trouble at all, except for a brief moment when one representative mistakenly told us that one of our boxes was sent to Texas! (Not true, thank heavens.) I especially praise the delivery drivers, who were prompt, courteous, and super competent, particularly when handling a very awkward road and driveway on the front end. Our belongings were stored for six months and made the journey to Oregon without damage. (We were also very careful with how we packed them.) The downsides were some exceedingly long phone wait times and communication mishaps with busy SF Bay Area U-Haul locations. This was not true on the other end of the trip -- props to U-Haul of Milwaukie for 100% quick and friendly response times. I would use U-Haul boxes again in the future. Doing so took some work, but it saved us a lot of money in storage and delivery fees.
