Honestly impressed and happy with the Uhaul Ubox service. Made moving from west coast to east coast simple and efficient. It was quick and easy plus they offered weigh tickets. Only room for improvement is more flexibility in drop off times. We didn’t get our boxes until late afternoon (they schedule you the day before) which limited us when we were packing and unpacking.

Let me say I will not recommend your Company to anyone. I,Virginia Taylor was the payee only. The pod was for a family member moving to Florida from Washington state. I requested 5 different time to please contact Washington state phone number. I live in Orlando Florida. That never happened. Your staff might speak English they don't comprehend English. Every time I received call or text for site in Washington state. Again.She I would have to say please call thr 305 number. I don't know where pod is to be placed. I don't live in Washington state. Poor customers service. Uhaul wants your business but doesn6listen. So no I'll not recommend your Company to anyone. Based on the Poor customer service I received. Again, I was only the payee and yet you sent me the survey. Again, I was only the payee.
Virginia TGreat process from start to end. Began by loading items into U-Box in Boulder, CO. Delivery team communicated well, and arrived on time. Transport went well. Delivered as scheduled and on time to my home in Olympia, WA. Amanda was delivery driver, and did a great job navigating a tricky driveway. All items arrived safe and secure. Empty U-Box picked up by Amanda the following morning as scheduled. Will recommend this service to others. Thank you to both CO and WA U-Haul U-Box teams for the assist.
Stacey GEverything went very well, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. However, one thing that we did not anticipate which should have been presented to us sooner was that you had to have a permit to drop the pod off in front of our apartment and because we could not get that permit in time we had to just go to the U-Haul Location and unload the pod and make several trips in our cars, which was very inconvenient. So in the future, it would be best to let your customers know that you have to have a permit to put a pod on the street. Other than that, everything went very well. Thank you.

SHELBY LWhen one of our boxes was delivered in Phoenix, it was very wet inside and the bottom of the container had a big patch of mold. There is some slight water damage to a few items, but worse is the fact that our furniture and belongings all smell musty now. We didn't move anything in the rain, and we even took our shoes off before standing in the box, so the container must have a leak in the bottom. Our other box arrived dry.

Laurie WIN the overall shipping of my furniture I sent, I was very happy how easy it was to ship, and it even surprised me when I got a notice saying it was in Alaska just over a week ahead of schedule. My only issue was in the end, picking it up in Palmer Alaska. I had to drive nearly an hour in from my house, when i got there they said I had a balance due, no problem, Paid!!! it was the pick-up day. They informed me they needed 24 hours; remember I just drove nearly an hour, and they told me it was probably buried in the back and would take time to locate. Not happy that they didn't even try to go see. Next day, I drive again almost an hour in, its ready, and when they opened the loading dock door, there were only two boxes', mine and one other. I really felt like the two up front on the first day didn't want to be bothered. The next day I went in, they were extremely friendly and helpful. This won't keep me from ever using U-Haul gain. Overall, very happy with everything.

Janice SThe people at the U-Haul center that helped me were very friendly, but the systems they work on for reserving a U-Box were horrible. The person making my reservation had all kinds of issues and had I not been double checking the information on my email confirmations it would have been inaccurate. I spent 3 hours on the phone with the U-Box person to make my reservation.
Todd EThe local U-box people are great, those in the middle need training big time. Called the number in an email I got to schedule final delivery and spend 35 minutes being transferred from one to another 4 times. They had no clue. Once I was able to get the local people who had the containers, all was super good. Why use emails phone number that give us the run around. Give out the local numbers where boxes actually ship from and you'd be 100 times better off with no confusion. Way too many pads. Get rid of the old wooden containers, they are junk, use the newer versions. Get a supervisor who cares to call me and talk about the issues in the middle, as it was super frustrating.

Janice SI was a self pick up. I input my truck into the configuration prior to arrival. The configuration I input could haul a twin box trailer. When I arrived for pickup, the salesperson derated my truck so I could not haul two containers at once. He input an incorrect configuration even though I told him I had the correct information already in my profile. His configuration only allowed a single trailer; this forced me to make extra trips back and forth to the storage location. The reason I chose U-Haul was that I would save money on shipping the container. That reason was negated by an ignorant salesman. I will pay for delivery whenever I move again and make the decision on which service to use based on my past experience.

Vincent BDrop off container driver dropped it off at beginning of long driveway; not at garage door, where needed to load items from garage into container. Had to pay handyman to help move container up to garage. Until I finally called U-Box, did I find out destination delivery would be delayed couple days. Drop off delivery driver was excellent. Next day while waiting for now emptied container to be picked up, received no heads up call that driver was on their way, so that I could open locked gate. Weeks later now, I've received emails, texts that I'm overdue on my U-Box monthly rental? I told lady I have no rental, I've paid in full for 1 box to pickup & drop off personal items. Was repeatedly asked if I had U-Box rental & I said no. Finally received email saying "must have been glitch " in system .
