I don't understand why I fill out everything online and then the truck is not ready to go with no more paperwork.
Matt NMy original reservation was for pickup and return to East Woodmen Self Storage. Yet this survey has me returning the rental to North Academy. If I had returned it to the right place, I would have been penalized. This rental network is horrible. Customer service was not friendly or sympathetic or very helpful.
