JOYOUS HThe process from arrival to reservations, use, and return was smooth, flawless, and without any issues. I really like the self-check-in option since you can have everything entered into the system before arriving or even while waiting in line. All the customer service rep has to do is pull up your information and take it from there. The vehicles are always clean and in great condition, and I truly appreciate the patience of the staff at this location. I won’t go to any other location in the city.

JONAS SWe had to try the key in about 6 different trucks until we found the correct truck. The staff pointed out which truck was ours on the security monitor inside the office. Too lazy to walk outside to actually show us which it was. After spending over $700, I expected just a little courtesy but I guess I was interrupting something more important to the guy and this store

ISIAH LTrying to overcharge someone who’s already returned your equipment is some sheisty business practices. You gave it to me with 36 miles left to empty (it said so on the digital gauge) I returned it to you with 87 miles left. I gave you more than required, I didn’t damage the vehicle, I returned it early even. What the fuck do I owe you $131 for????

lonie sHow does U-Haul get away with promoting itself as “$19.95 in town moving” when I traveled a total of nine miles and paid $50 plus $10 of gasoline? If there’s anything I can’t stand it is being misled by any company with lies swirled in their hidden fees. That’s my only complaint.
JAMES EBack of truck was very dirty, I had to sweep it out before using it. The loading door was very difficult to use. The pull string ended up getting stuck somehow, other than that the store and the Staff were amazing

Mia HUpon returning the truck I followed the written instructions and waited inside the truck for someone to come and check the truck in. Nobody came. After several minutes I had to go track down the employee. Also, after I arrived at my destination I noted that I had received a text recommending that I take a picture of the back of the truck before leaving the lot. It'd been nice if the guy who went over the rental process with me had given me a heads up about receiving such a text as I had put my phone on silent so as not to be distracted while driving.
ROGER SI requested supplies and dolly. BUT they left nothing in back. so i cannt move heavy stuff like refrigerator. Its terrible experience on this trip. Its wasted my time. I need a partial refund. thank you

MICHAEL RThe truck was gross and unsanitary. We ordered a cargo van and when we got there the app showed that there was no vans available despite ordering one in advanced. Had to pay more for a bigger van which I didn’t order. Terrible experience
