Very helpful and great to deal with on rental.
william hThe vehicle was not ready for rental. The windshield had blue tape on it, a sign was left in the windshield that staff had not removed and did not offer to remove upon rental, and the cab smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I arrived, the staff member assigned to help me was outside smoking and was not welcoming or particularly helpful. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. When I returned the vehicle, there were multiple staff members present and only one was with another customer, yet no one offered to assist with my return. I also purchased SafeMove coverage after seeing U-Haul's own marketing use a rock cracking a windshield as the example of why you need it. I got a rock chip, reported it immediately, and was still charged $75 because the repair cost fell under the $150 deductible. The coverage advertised for that exact scenario provided no financial benefit. The vehicle itself functioned fine. But the condition it was in at pickup, the customer service, and the gap between what SafeMove is marketed to cover and what it actually delivers in a common scenario all fell short of reasonable expectations.

MICHAEL H20’ truck we rented was new and relatively clean (cab was clean) but the truck was covered with mud splatter and a lot of bug splatter. We reserved the 20’ truck and an appliance dolly. The truck was there but the appliance dolly wasn’t. We had to spend almost two hours getting a “one way appliance dolly”. All of the people we worked with were very professional and very knowledgeable and helpful including “traffic” on the phone.
Marcus HEverything is OK however when I got there, the manager had to take over the call call traffic because the reservation was all messed up when I made this original reservation. There were four different reservations made for me. Different trucks different miles different amount of vehicles, etc. as a result of that I ended up having to keep it extra days and extra miles now I have a bill of $171 that I had to put on a promissory note because I was overcharged at that location
Monica LWash the windows when vehicle is brought back. When I picked up the vehicle the windshield was covered in dirt and bugs.
Cyndy HMaintained well enough. The check engine light was on, the truck rode extremely rough. Radio was broken. It felt like the truck was near the end of its life. I was glad we didn’t need to drive it far. None of the dollies we requested were available. If there are none in the metro, we should be notified of that when making the reservation.

DEANNA LI rented an enclosed trailer. It had a bit of debris from a previous renter but I came prepared (from previous experience) with a push broom and swept out before I used it. I would recommend an employee taking 5 minutes to use a broom or leaf blower when someone checks in a rental to clean out before the next customer. It wasn’t a lot but enough for me to want it swept beforehand.

JOSE MThis location and the people working there were fantastic. They got me set up quickly and the truck was in great shape. Everything was well explained and when I returned it they were pretty busy but still managed to get me out pretty quick. I would definitely use this location again.
Christopher ZI can give you a list of reasons but list is way too long. I rent uhaul for convenience but theres other options ill be testing those options. If anyone needs my list of points about my experience they can give me a call

PAUL FStaff lazy and rude. Booked online and they gave away my truck. Made me drive to a farther location to get another one. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was torn and dirty. No dolly provided and they didnt try to find another one. No one offered a discount for these mess ups on their part either. Staff at second location would not explain rental contract or price break down after changes made. Did not walk us out to point out which truck was ours. No apology at all for giving away our reseved truck..just 'oh.. Ill call another place. You can drive there to go get it. I gave yours away. Oh well" horrible service and poor condition of the truck. Staff extremely lazy. Very disappointed and will NOT recommend either location booked at ever to anyone and wont use again. Ill hire a mover next time.

JOYOUS HThe process from arrival to reservations, use, and return was smooth, flawless, and without any issues. I really like the self-check-in option since you can have everything entered into the system before arriving or even while waiting in line. All the customer service rep has to do is pull up your information and take it from there. The vehicles are always clean and in great condition, and I truly appreciate the patience of the staff at this location. I won’t go to any other location in the city.

ISIAH LTrying to overcharge someone who’s already returned your equipment is some sheisty business practices. You gave it to me with 36 miles left to empty (it said so on the digital gauge) I returned it to you with 87 miles left. I gave you more than required, I didn’t damage the vehicle, I returned it early even. What the fuck do I owe you $131 for????
