TOMMY Aservice people were excellent and got me in and out in a short amount of time. return was very good also. no problems with equipment at any time
JOHN DAttempted to give me a truck with a crack windshield and check engine light one. I had to wait over 3 hours to get a truck swapped out. They made me late for my movers which delayed me for everything else I had to do!

JOHN DMy worst experience ever . It took multiple people to take of what I would think to be an everyday transaction . The manager should not be working there ! You should replace the whole staff !! They were even working on a car in the garage that I assume is for U-haul repair . Oh well I guess that's how this location runs ! I'll never ever go back ... While I was there even other customers were rolling there eyes . I know nothing will happen out of this and my time.....
WALTER KTrucks are old and I have a lot of wear on them a lot of scratches a lot of dents The motors need maintenance on them a lot of them and tires are warned things of this nature worn
JOHN RThey lied about the gas not being put back where it was when I received it Charged me extra. I always take pictures. THATS NOT OKAY but I talked to customer service emailed my proof and is getting that refunded. Please customers always take pictures for your own safety because they will play with your money and your time
ASHLEY LThere was no vehicle inspection and no explanation when dropping off the equipment of what was next to occur in the process. Further, the gas tank was 7/8 full, so refueling would've been a burden.

JAY AWell first the lady told me I was at the wrong place kept saying I wasn’t in the system and in the wrong place I had to call the main store . Then all of a sudden I was there. And then the truck broke down and the battery needed replaced so had to extend my usage and don’t feel it was fair I was charged for the extention when the truck itself caused the delay . Didn’t find it fair.

KHA NStaff at this location were great; helpful and professional. They went above and beyond. Store was clean and they had plenty of equipment available. They answered all my questions and if they didn’t have the answer they found out. I would absolutely not say the same about Tiffany from traffic , who is over this location. She is unprofessional and tries to use intimidation to accomplish her goals. However, she does not reflect the employees at this specific location.

ALEXIS PThe agents at the location were great. The charges were ridiculous, the vehicle was dirty, had random pills spilled on the floor in the cab, dust and dirt all over, and I was charged significantly more than was made clear to me. I had to keep the vehicle extra days due to an injury while sorting through my storage units which had been robbed and many things ruined. I have health issues which require me to not push it, and I was beyond disappointed how a multimillion dollar corporation treated an honest, genuine American who is going through such horrible things which were neither caused by myself nor your company. It was beyond disappointing to be talked to like I'm stupid and treated like I'm nefarious. I am a teacher, coach, community servant with a master's degree trying to recover after nearly dying last summer. I have health restraints and acquired an injury at the site that was broken into, and while the local agents tried to be kind and good representatives, the corporate side disgusted me. I have always used uhaul to move in my 23 years of independent living, but I honestly will recommend any other company as well as using any other company from here on out. I wish I had a better company to employ your stellar on- site employees at 39th st in okc.
SARAH MDidn't have one issue from start to finish. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. I didn't get the woman's name but she was nice. The man that helped Josh the manager was very kind and accommodating. I've done business with them twice now and have recommended a friend last month that used them as well, both of us are happy movers!

Mindy HFocus less on chatting and networking and more on moving customers through efficiently. Each time I have come here, the woman working at the front is asking probing personal questions and talking about her own personal life while customers stack up in line and have to wait. Some of her questions are uncomfortable and while I think she is being nice, it's disrespectful to the other people standing in line. My transaction was completed, but she wouldn't just let me go out to the equipment without continuing to try to engage in personal conversations with me and other customers - creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Being polite, yet focusing on the task at hand and moving customers through efficiently would be a big help.

Jason CI was late 1 hour getting back sun and they would not give me any credit for second day I told them when I rented trailer i did not think I could get back before after five when they closed they had me rent it 2 days I hurried and was like 57 minutes late they charged me for 2nd day I thought they could have charge me half day for Monday

MARGARET TMy only sort of suggestion with this truck is to make it easier to adjust the outside mirrors. They don't seem to move up or down or in and out to get optimal viewing for different drivers.

MARCUS KGood Day! Betty was INCREDIBLE!! The day we picked up was below freezing, and she made sure the equipment was ready and the lobby area was warm for us to pickup. She then had us stay inside while she got the equipment ready and returned. Truly a great example of customer service! Ps, she also took the time to ask about us personally, while we were using the equipment, and remembered when we returned.

LELA SI had to pick up at another location than what I reserved at. When I arrived I had to wait for 30 minutes just to be told I needed to wait for the person to finish filling propane. When he finished he went inside and never came out to wait on me. I went inside and found him on his phone. When he finally came out he was still on his phone. During the whole time hooking up he was on his phone. I was told to finish the pickup on my phone which is not a smart phone and would not do anything they wanted. I went back inside to get help but never received any. Then on our way home we received a call to change our drop off location to a location in North Austin. We do not live in Austin we live south of Austin. Why would I want to drive an hour thru traffic to drop a trailer when the location I setup is only 15 minutes away.
