DAVID MI LOVE working with Uhaul at the Costa Mesa, CA location. I rent a trailer on average once every other month to use for work and I'll even go out of my way to drive to this location because of the quality. The staff is quality, the facility and the trailers. But the staff is the best part! Thank you!!
whitney TI originally ordered a Uhaul at a different location but at the last minute they told me my model was sold out because the previous customer extended their time slot. This of course resulted in me having to drive farther and longer to get to my location. I didn’t appreciate being told this at the last second. The location I was assigned to was good and the staff was nice, but I was disappointed by the last minute change.

Andrey VWe recieved the keys for a truck that was not our intended truck. In the truck that we got the keys for there were some tools in the back with an empty Coke 2 liter and some Christmas ornaments. I’m assuming because this truck wasn’t intended for use this day. Just wanted to document that these things were here before we got the keys.
PAIGE EI tried to get an early pickup and both the website and the app were down and I was unable to pick up my vehicle. An hour later and many phone calls and attempts were fruitless. When the unapologetic staff arrived they eventually got me a vehicle.
