Everything went better than expected. Friendly staff and very efficient.
Laura RUHAUL staff overcharged me at initial booking even though I had already booked online for 24 hours. However, staff at time of sale input for multiple days. In addition, at return, staff overcharged for time usage. Additional billing was incurred, forcing us to return to the location to receive refund. Although everything got settled, major inconvenience of having to return to the location an hour after just to settle their mistakes.

Richard PEveryone at this location was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, patient and prompt and the same time, and had the best customer service. After drop off I realized my keys to my new apartment fell out of my pocket and were left in the U-Haul truck. Unfortunately it was after hours. I called customer service who got in contact with the general manager and the general manager called a few minutes later and said that they would meet me at the location to help me find my keys. The gentleman was extremely kind and went above and beyond during his time off after hours and I greatly appreciated it. I highly recommend this location and hopes that U-Haul recognizes and rewards the team here in Costa Mesa with raises, promotions, and applause. Thank you guys again.

Israel FThe guys looking for work who “were not on the property” were actually on the property. They are very very agressive. We were told by one person to call the cops ourselves. They approached my car and later my daughter- she became confused and scared and pulled back out and went around the corner to wait for me.
