REGINALD LBeen to this location multiple times, it always takes much longer to get through the rental process here for some reason. Where my van was parked the van itself along with the floor and walls were covered in urine from the laborers that hangout there.

STEVEN DThe return was disappointing and frustrating. I was told i can return before 9pm but it was closed and got no help so leaving the key in the night box was very difficult to understand even when scanning qr code for the app. It does not show how to finalize return.
MARCELO ROriginally I was booked at the campus location but when I got there they told me they had to rearrange the pick up at another location not too far. That’s fine. I picked up the truck ( little dirty in the front seats ) and then after 5 minutes driving , the gas was low It supposed to be fuller than that. Oh well. I drove around $30 miles. Put $25 to cover the gas and when I received the bill instead of $80 they charged me $140. Wtf? $60 dollar for gas when I put a $25 to cover 30 miles. Very bad experience. Last week I rented it at the campus location and they were very honest and professional.

Sheran MThis is an excellent if not perfect U-Haul location. Everyone there is polite, helpful and expedient. This is my 4th or 5th time using this location. I have even changed the dates of my needs just so I can use this location based upon the equipment availability. I give them 6 stars.

MICHAEL MThe quality of the equipment was good, but I honestly felt like I was set up for the additional $30 gas charge due to the way my reservation was set up. I set up the reservation to pick up in Fullerton and drop off in Costa Mesa and the truck you provided had 5/16 of a tank of gas upon pick up. Apparently, there is a $30 service charge for gas if the gauge is below a 1/4 tank upon return. This feels too coincidental to not have been done purposefully as a way to obtain an additional $30 from my order (knowing that there's a good chance I wouldn't know about the additional service charge and that upon drop off I wouldn't want to leave the facility to go get more gas and come back). I'm just not thrilled about feeling like I was taken advantage of, especially by such a well-established, reputable company.
Michael DStaff was nice. Truck worked fine. The total bill changed three times from when I made the reservation to when I dropped the truck off. I may have missed something in the fine print, but when I asked about what has changed no one could tell me. I was fine with spending money on a truck for my move, though I would have felt a lot better about my decision to go with U-Haul instead of another company if they would have been straight forward with what I was being charged for from the beginning. Something to consider, as I can’t imagine I’m the only one walking away feeling taken advantage of.

STEPHANIE FFast, good and excellent service. I bought a large furniture item from Costco and needed a bigger vehicle to get it to my home. I was in and out of the office in 5-7 minutes. I rented the van, drove to Costco, dropped off the furniture at my house and return the vehicle all in about an hour and half. Very easy and convenient.

JEFFREY MYou need better pricing transparency, as your $29.9r daily charge is very misleading. I rented one for three days and only drove 39 miles. yet my final bill was $271.09. I understand there will always be some additional fees, etc., but this is quite a bit more than the advertised rate. To me this is deceptive pricing and will not use you again or recommend you to anyone. Let me add that I had no problem with the employees - the two I interfaced with were polite, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
fredrick AI was surprised at how easy the truck was to drive. The truck was well-maintained and clean, easy to pick up and convenient to drop off. All the employees were cordial and helpful and I will definitely rent from U-Haul again soon.
debra hHad a terrible customer service experience with this location by one of the onsite representatives named Damian, scheduled a 5x8 trailer & furniture dolly pickup to move some furniture to my new home day before the weekend for 9am, was running late 20 / 30 minutes in picking up the trailer when I got a call from a Daniel who was extremely rude from the beginning of our conversation asking if I still planned on picking up the trailer I reserved. When I told him yes, he answered with quick, short condescending responses then hung up after telling him I was on my way to pick up the trailer & that I'd be there shortly. Upon arrival to the U-Haul, it was coincidental Damian was the staff member available to help me, I walked up to the counter, gave my name & let him know I was there to pickup my reserved trailer. Didn't think much about it, but he started asking me questions about my appointment & the type of trailer I had scheduled to pick up, and again, the short, condescending answers continued. Figured he was having a bad day & still ignored his poor customer service treatment he was giving me. As well, he asked me if I was interested in renting a larger trailer, whether or not I was interested in insurance & other add-on items, when I told him no that I was not interested, it appeared as if he thought he can continue to be rude & trying to talk down to me. When it finally came down to getting the trailer & dolly from their inventory / lot, Damian had placed a truck dolly into the trailer instead of a furniture dolly, when I started explaining to him he gave me the wrong equipment he immediately raised his voice at me and said "that is what you ordered & is a furniture dolly", when it wasn't. Soon after he started telling me I was wrong a second time, I told him "what's up with your shitty attitude" & reminded him I am a customer, and at that point, I asked to speak with his manager, all Damian did was point to the inside of the office building area. Went inside & spoke with the manager Andrea Paniagua, explained to Andrea what was taking place & to my surprise, Andrea didn't seem to be surprised & answered my questions with quick & short answers, "yes", "sure", "I see", and from what I see was a wase of time. U-HAUL, please help, your staff members at this site are out of control

GLEN LThe assistant manager was great; the staff person was lousy. I had problems with this rental. I had made the reservation well in advance to pick up a truck and trailer at the same location. At the last minute I was notified that instead I had to go to different locations. The truck location was a mail box store that had a couple of U Haul trucks for rent. Two of the three employees had no idea how to check me out. The woman who did told me to bring it back with less than 3/4. BUT she apparently filled out some paperwork that I never saw that put the gas level higher and I was held to that second standard. The fact that I had to go to different locations added miles to my drive; I called and spoke with U Haul but go no where with the agent and asked for a supervisor to call me back. No one ever got back to me BUT when I was turning in the truck I was told that they had given me a mileage credit for 30 dollars. Nice but I didn't know anything about it.

BRIAN JParking is very limited. Store also charged me for gas when I filled up to original limit. Proof of gas payment receipts provided. Was assured I would be reimbursed but was not. Very unsatisfied with my experience

ALLEN CThe general manager is very rude and does not have any customer service. Things happen and sometimes plans change and you need the truck longer than expected. He called me and told me he needed the truck back and I told him I would be there in a few hours and he sent me a return the truck or we are reporting it stolen email and still charged me till tomorrow at 9am but I brought it back so I didn’t get a cop after me saying it was stolen at 345. Employees even say he’s hard to work for. Very sad
