This was a very well organized location, with a particularly helpful and friendly staff. The lady who helped me could not have been nicer and got me processed quickly as I needed to catch a flight, even though she was busy.

PAMELA B | First ImpressionsToo far from everything. One person on staff during weekday. 10 minutes to find her and then 15 min wait for someone in front of me. She was helpful and nice but nearly 30 minute wait at 2pm on a Monday is too slow and frustrating

THOMAS MLocation is clean but you didn’t have everything I needed for the move no 4 wheel dolly. When I returned the van way early the employee had me fold the moving blanket even though they had nothing to do nor was I told I had to fold them.
MATTHEW MExtremely professional and friendly staff. Britney, the General Manager, has to be the happiest manager I have ever met. She loves her job and customers. She takes the time to ensure you have everything you need, explaining all the details. Very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you Britney for being such a breath of fresh air during the stressful moving process.
