I didn’t catch the name of the employee that got me checked out and set up with a rental car dolly, but he was fantastic! He was extremely efficient while being friendly and polite. It took longer to get the website to load on my phone to upload my drivers license information than it took the kid to get my paperwork in order and trailer hooked up and ready to go. He did a great job and I was very pleased with his service.

Bad service put more attention

This location was great to work with, however, getting the pick up location was ridiculous, I was on the phone for 3 hours after already making a reservation to pick up at a certain location. They changed it to places further away even though they had one at the location I called in west valley. Long story short I had to call 3 or 4 different departments and talked to 5 or 6 different people just to ensure I had the trailer at the pick up location that I called. That was a pain and almost backed completely out cause of it.

My friend picked up thE truck. Which my card was on file assuming this would be charged since no indication otherwise. He had to pay for it since I was not present. He stood in like for a while before more employees came to help. .

It's been a while since I had used U-Haul and I was surprised how short and smooth the pick up and drop off process was. Much different and better than before. It is a crowded dealership, so I could have used some instructions on the best way to drop off, but the guys moved quickly to get me taken care of.

I was charged a fee on Wednesday for a truck I rented in Sunday? It was a 1/3 of the cost of the rental? Doesn't seem or sound right. No one called me, no communication. I need someone to to.explain the why behind the charges

My experience at this U-Haul compared to other U-Hauls was lacking. They made me do everything I never did before... like scan my driver's license into their system, take pictures of the trailer I was renting, and submit everything to U-Haul. How can these guys improve?? Do their job!

the trailer leaked passenger comer. i called in and talked to Jose mendoza and he said he would note it on my contract. when i took the trailer back to get a different one the person that helped me was rude when i told him the trailer had a leak he said that they are not leak proof that some times they leak. I asked for a discount and he said he couldn't because he wasn't a supervisor

The transmission was slipping it felt like. It took 7.48 gallons of fuel to drive 18 miles. And the aux port on the radio was just a gimmick didn't go to aux. The service was nice and friendly. But the truck over all was not very Eco friendly. Personally next time I'll go to Home Depot

Abby(?) was a lovely employee to give me the equipment I needed to finish a very stressful short distance. The whole negative was that my friend who was going to pay for the truck had a non credit card that was not accepted or cash.

I rented a Transport Trailer and I should have been diligent and double checked the tires before I left, I didnt. I was in a hurry. I got down the road 25 miles and one of the tires blew out. I then check two more tires and found them to be separating and beginning to expand where the belts have broken. I limped the trailer to Big O Tires (the closest location) and they replaced 3 tires with the exact rating and 8 ply that the other tires were. I went to return the trailer to U Haul this morning and they said they may not be able to help me because I did not replace with the Same Carlisle Tire Brand. HMM maybe they need to not use Carlisle anymore as they do not seem to be good quality anymore if their tires are separating like these were. I will follow up with U Haul Corp in the morning to get a return of the $325 dollars for the quality tires I replaced with. I had been in the Tire business as a Manager for Discount Tire in So California for ten years. I know tires. I would admonish people to make sure the tires are not splitting or showing secondary tread and flat spots and high spots. That is a red flag for bad tires. This is a safety issue especially with a vehicle on the transport. Luckily I was driving 50/55 when this happened in the slow lane. It could have been much worse. Glad I was close to a town and could pull off the freeway.

Have the drive in place kept as clear as possible so people returning trucks can drive in. It is a bad corner and needs some work to make it better.

Had to return the truck to a location in West Valley City, I live in Tooele Utah. There are three drop-off locations in Tooele County and I had to drive 30 miles to return the truck!

Well the manager said he was going to take the cleaning g charge off because the gas was not all the way full and I showed the girl my picture at first he said we'll that was my fault because I should of did something on line before I left but then so said the gas gets stolen so my fault. But the girl ran my card and then he never fixed the 25$ cleaning charge for one line spot of mud.

Person who helped me with pick up. Said I could drop trailer when done with it and keep the truck. When I went to do this I was told no that's not how it works. So I left to finish what I needed to do. Then I get a call saying to come back we got permission to do it. Total bull crap! Then when I was checking the tuck in I found the the dude put me down for 7hrs instead of the 8 I told him I would need the truck for. This location needs to train people correctly and not let them solo until they are fully trained!

Besides all of the possible entry ways and exits always being blocked by uhaul trucks, Working with Daniel after the sudden unexpected passing of my mother, he was really accommodating in this difficult time and allowed me to collect the belongings that belonged to my mother free of charge and that meant a lot to me. Now if only the uhaul location off 3900 s would honor their word, and do the same for another storage unit my mother had. It would be great. But as of now, I stand to lose all of the belongings in that location which includes family albums and personal items.

My experience with staff at this facility was the feeling of being bothered by any question or interaction. I have not received my invoice by email for rental by email which they stated to my son that they would send it to me same day. I was also charged for a storage unit that vacated on 9/29/23. I still haven’t received my refund.

Wonderful staff for sure. The location itself has a terrible parking lot (pretty much NO parking lot) and the units themselves are hard to see in. There are motion sensor lights, but the only sensor is near the front door of the storage area and the timer is only about 10 minutes. It makes it hard to go through and stack your stuff in the unit when you have to keep going out and restarting the timer. This is not a reflection if the staff, though. The staff was always nice and accomodating to me. If i ever need a storage unit again, ill come back to this location!

I wish I could offer more than 5 stars. I'll just have to give 5 stars on Google review too. The staff let me stay late to unpack the truck and actually helped unload the truck with me. I'm sure that is not the standard but everyone is just so nice and accommodating!
