Other than my confusion over what place i was picking up the trailer from. Was not aware we had 2 locations in Saskatoon.
RYAN ETrailer not returned from previous customer and was told too bad. No phone call to let us know. We could have made arrangements otherwise. Trailer finally came in at 3 on Sunday. Had to take a day off work to get my stuff moved. Terrible communication from this branch and no customer service whatsoever.
Sheldon JI booked a trailer on the app. I picked the Melfort location as my drop off. The agent at this pick up location confirmed with me that my drop off would be Melfort. I get to Melfort only to learn that the Melfort location hasn’t existed for months. I had to drive several hours out of my way to drop off the trailer after use.
BRENDAN SThe steering was a little dodgy which isn’t a huge surprise. All in all though the truck did what it was supposed to.

KRIS F1) if you change the location of pickup, flag the confirmation email that there has been a change. 2) when a customer buys insurance for the Uhaul, the customer should receive the policy in writing so they have proof of what they are insured for, as well as a list of any exclusions 3) when the computer “freezes up” after the customer has entered their credit card, PIN number and has received the “remove card now” prompt, the agent must give the customer some form of documentation that the credit card will not be billed before demanding the customer enter their credit card for a second time. 4) when booking the unit on the phone, the preferred drop off location was indicated, but when picking up the unit I was told I could no longer drop the unit off where I had requested 5) the unit should be inspected prior to the customer arriving. Finding out that the “wiring is shot” as the customer is preparing to hook up the trailer is simply not acceptable. This was a terribly stressful encounter that simply should not have been this way.

RONALD NWent to pick up trailer and computer said pick up at 4:30 but my reservation at 10:00. Had print out of reservation and asked if they could provide one. I was provided with a muddy trailer that was not washed!!! Guy finally hooked me up and said everything was good and i could go. Walked around the trailer for my own inspection and back was not even latched!!! Not good service in Saskatoon on 11th.

BRIAN GDon’t deny to process return being one minute late. Ensure the truck is clean in the cab. There was trash all over. If a customer calls to extend rental and rep can check when the 24 hour return time doesn’t work because the location will be closed at an earlier time to tell the customer instead of finding out way later I have to rent it again for another day because they’re closed

MOUSSA Athe trailer was covered in mud and did nothing to provide advertising for U-Haul.it is the first time I have picked up a trailer that was not clean. We had to be careful loading as not to brush up against it as our clothes would get dirty. The customer Service on the other hand was excellent both at at pick up and drop off.

Damon SThe first trailer we hooked up to the wiring was so broken that the attendant ripped it off the trailer easily. We swapped trailers, but both trailers were extremely dirty inside and out. While I understand rental rates are cheap, I do feel like the trailers could stand to be washed a little more often.
MARIA AHad to find the truck myself, no direction of which unit or where in the lot was given. Exterior dirty, check engine light on, nearly empty fuel tank. Wasn't told that I had to take pictures of the truck before leaving. Charges to my card were higher than expected and only explained at drop off.

YU ZUhaul was dirty and smell very bad because spices was spilled in the back. However they helped by making it better to apologize they give good customer service .

Isaac OGreat customer service, although the equipment is not maintained so well. First trailer I went to pick up had a flat tire. Got the option of a different trailer, made it 1km down the road with my load and blew a tire leaving me on side of busy road for 3.5 hours till it got fixed. Road side assistance took good care and the location I picked trailer up phoned as well to check in. Just unfortunate situation that could have likely been avoided with proper maintenance
KURTIS JThe straps that hold the wheel were fraid and frozen. it's good thing the vehicle i was picking up ran, i had to start it and throw the end of the tire strap inside the vehicle so it would thaw the end of the strap so I could get it through the ratchet. I had to cut the other side so it wasn't fraid and could fit it through the ratchet .

EBRAHIM GI think if there was a little water and coffee station that would be the cherry on-top of already excellent service. And maybe a couple of chairs. At pickup and drop off I had to wait since there was only one employee working. I didn’t mind waiting, especially when the customer service is so amazing. However, my legs got a little tired so my dad and I sat on a pile of boxes.
