I highly recommend this location. The staff was so friendly and kind. I mentioned to my daughter that we forgot a lock. The employee went back into the store and came out with a loaner lock for us. Everything was great at pick and drop off. I will for sure come again.

The supervisor Mr. Michael, was very rude. He was the one who rented me a storage and the storage was already in use. I picked another unit and had to pay another amount. I was told that the first amount I paid one the first storage unit would be returned back to my debit card, the money was never returned. His attitude shows me that he may not be as honest as he pretends.

I was charged for gas to the vehicle when I shouldn’t have been. When I picked up the truck the gas hand was at the same place it was when I dropped off the truck. A better drop off system should be in place. There should be a walk through done when the vehicles are returned.

They allowed someone to pick up a rental in my name the day before my actual reservation. Let them sign and then say I’m responsible for over $600 in charges. And wasn’t going to let me get a truck yesterday. Come to find out someone that work there had driven the truck and said the person who use the truck was his brother-in-law. Than once a got home got charged again for another 49.00 after I had paid the 69.00 for the truck. Never using this company again will spread the word how the employees are scamming people. Still have no resolution for the $600 and no one call me back from that location like they said the would. Very unprofessional. But the guy who help me at the counter when I came was trying his best to figure it out for me. Horrible location

Nothing. Joe did a fantastic job getting me a truck. He was able to assist me and another client at the same time. The store was busy as many people were in line but he still gave excellent customer service. I recommend him to all my friends.

I rented a 5' x 9' utility trailer to transport my Harley Davidson to Bike Week at Daytona Beach. I rested the trailer from March 4,2025 to march 10, 2025. I departed Milwaukee on Wed March 5th at 5am. At approx. 5:30pm while passing through Sparta TN The driver side trailer tire was flat. i had to contact roadside assistance. Upon doing so they promptly contacted me and informed me that someone would be there to replace tire in 60-90 minutes. Actually waited over 2 hrs. on side of busy highway. The tire place came and replaced the tire and said I was good to go. i pulled off and literally 9.5 miles down the road the new tire that was just replaced blew out and I had to pull over and contact roadside assistance again. Waited another couple hours to discover the leaf springs were broke and the replacement tire should have not even been put on. Poor preventive maintenance Total of 7 hrs sitting on highway. They were able to find another trailer but could not pick it up until 9am. They put us up in a cheap 1 star hotel at 2am and had the trailer and bike towed to hotel. Lost a whole day and a half of my trip dealing with this wasted 1 night air bnb which was not cheap during Daytona Bike Week. was lead to believe by customer service that i would get a full refund but when i arrived home was informed that they took two days of rental which came out to about 58 bucks. I will say though that the roadside assistance people were very polite and helpful.

I do not recommend this location at all! Staff is beyond rude and disrespectful all the way to the management. Staff needs to be trained on customer service, social skills, and U-Hauls policies and procedures. 0/10

The 10 foot truck I rented had a broken latch so the door was not firmly shut and also not possible to lock it securely with a padlock...if you pulled up on the door, it came up, even with the padlock on becasue the piece of metal under which the latch hooked was gone. When I returned it he said they were fixing it firt thing. But it was rented to me.

The reservation process was slow to respond, but it all worked out. I like to have all my ducks in a row days before I embark on a journey. I couldn't get a confirmation until 24 hours before the pickup time and location. Combined with the fact I was coordinating with ferry service (LMC) into and out of Manitowoc was an unneeded stress. Additionally, I would have liked a spare tire. I realize some people can't change a roll of toilet paper, but if you're hauling a car, I think they can figure out a tire. Fortunately, I didn't need a spare and there were no problems on my quest to Wisconsin and back.

If it wasn’t for the rat problem I would recommend this place. Fortunately, I didn’t have food in my storage but, you can tell by all the droppings and blood that rats were there! Besides that, the staff were really nice and courteous. My most precious memories were stored an intact. A few bites on my furniture but otherwise it could’ve been worse! Thanks.

When receiving the truck the employees was great and helpful very informative. When returning the truck I return the truck early the doors was locked to get inside. The staff was standing by the computers ignoring me and two other people and being extremely rude. It was a older man and a young woman making rude faces and being dismissive.

This facility was my worst Uhaul storage experience. On move-out I had to pay for an extra cargo can rental because the gate was NOT functional until ~ 5 pm on 3/24/24. On 11 different storage access days, I had difficulty gaining timely access to my unit. Sometimes not at all, sometimes it took excess of 30 minutes. Eventual access required multiple attempts, driving in and out of gate to trouble shoot door access error telling me I wasn’t checked in. This facility also had NO gate remote openers available, so this required exiting and re-entering my vehicle in snowy, cold Wisconsin weather. I moved out of this facility and into a different storage facility. An attempt to have the site manager proactively trouble shoot this KNOWN inconvenience and possibly compensate me for the same, lead to him being rude and disrespectful with me, the customer, on the phone. I will recommend Uhaul to someone; But DEFINITELY NOT this 76th & Appleton location.

Just to recommend a little something for each storage if you get some tomcat poison and put in there or have the people that’s leasing the storage to buy some and put it in there before they put their furniture in there It will keep rotten out of the storage. Thank you. Have a wonderful day.

They still need to make more room for entrance, I couldn't get into the lot because other customers would block the entrance, also too many uhaul trucks blocking the gate entrance to the storage units. I was blocked twice, wasting about 25 minutes for customers to move and get access to the gate due to customer car/truck blockage! Other than that customer service great! I appreciated their help!

Scammers on insurance claim for Rep west the person who they send out don't come and lie and say they came to inspect and I had to settle for a lower payment when I had $5000 worth of coverage also I told Joe about rodents n smell from storage in front of mine bugs crawling out their storage smell was so bad you can smell outside before you enter storage and Joe knows that when he rented me the storage wouldn't let me use free storage certificate gave me run around also when I filed claim they lied stating I said it rained in storage so I couldn't get my amount of $5000 now I couldn't rent a truck 2times giving me a print out stating call Rep west insurance I call them they transfer me to some lady her voicemail states if you have a hold that's that
