Jose MI wish they had a step stool to climb into the cab. I'm 5'2 1/2 and ended up needing to buy a 2 step stool just to get in and out of the cab. The seat was not really adjustable not the steering wheel. This made driving it across country difficult and uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine. Great people and customer service.

CALIECH MThis review is more so for UHaul, not either location from pick up or drop off. When you car completing the reservation online, and there are "recommended" pick up and drop off locations, we found that neither is true. We want to not drive 30 minutes to pick up the truck when the location that "had" inventory does not allow for one way drop off. Then to keep the reservation we had to take the location that was 30 minutes away from our home. Then again when dropping off, we get a call that the location that is 10 minutes away is not available and we had to drive another 20 minutes from the house. What is the point of making reservations, at "recommended" locations if at the end of the day, you cannot pick up or drop off where it is convenient to you. The customer service that called me said, "we ensure the reservation is confirmed at least 3 days prior to pick up and it is order of reservation." So from all of this, either reserve one month a head of time or call to first to ensure the trucks are available for one way travel. UHauls website does not state whether the location has inventory for one way or not. Very satisfied with both pick up and drop off locations, they were extremely helpful and clean locations, but the customer service from UHaul was not up to the standards or expectations that I have had with UHaul in the past.
Alejandra CYour website needs to be updated my opinion because I was looking for a 8' van and ended up with a 15' truck which they accommodated me. That's all I have to say everybody isn't like me an that will discourage some people.

OMAR AI rented a storage unit for 13 years. My unit got broken into to the point where my lock had gotten cut off & a damaged lock had been put on by the culprit not to mention the entire brackets were ripped away from the wall. I was never contacted about the incident only found it when I went to my unit to begin to dejunk it. I requested the cameras be reviewed to find out who broke into my unit. NOTHING ever came from that request except for a small credit off my months rent. Nothing seemed to be missing which told me whomever broke in was LOOKING for something. My son & my brother have access to the unit. Both reside in different states. Clearly it was some unkown individual. I was not impressed with how the matter was handled being the circumstances & how many years I was a customer. THE BEST EMPLOYEE EVER AT THE LOCATION WAS "ROBIN" as she ALWAYS went above & beyond in her customer service & professionalism. She has fantastic job intigrity & work ethic. She displays true care & concern to the customers & does whatever it takes to deliver an excellent business & personal experience. She SET THE STANDARD. Start to finish from the time she started at the location through the day I vacated the unit on Febuary 13 2025. I could not trust that what important items that were in the unit admist the junk were safe & secure any longer. It was difficult to clean out the unit due to the business hours & my work schedule. Only leaving me 6 hours a week to go through everything & move it in my car. The elevator in the building caused a large problem. The doors only stay open a matter of seconds. There is no time to get one of your carts that are loaded down inside as well as the elevator is also way too small & not useful or feasable. Therefore having to primarily use the stairs.Rent was increased on a continually basis causing the unit to become unaffordable any longer. Lighting not bright enough to see inside the units having to pull everything out just to get any real visual. I will never understand how it was not possible to determine the culprit in the break in. You have CAMERAS. It does not matter that nothing to my knowledge was taken its the fact of what the culprit did do to get into the unit & uhaul dropped the ball in any real investigation of the matter in my opinion. The cameras absolutely would of showed something somewhere! Unless the culprit covered the cameras. It was not acceptable this matter did not get resolved in its entirety. Yes they fixed the door & gave me a new lock & the partial credit towards a my months rent. I appreciated it but in all reality more should of been done with a long standing customer as myself & not providing me with any answers as far as who they saw on the cameras just that they reviewed so far back & found nothing. THE UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO & NOTHING FOUND!?! Again I go to my unit. Find a beat up damaged lock on my door. Scratched up. Dented. Black key hole. It was determined not a uhaul lock. My lock had been cut off. The culprit got into the unit put their lock on the door which was pointless being the entire brackets etc were torn away from the wall etc. Then it turned into a crime scene. My son evaluated the situation & took pictures. Robin with us every step of the way. I remained a loyal customer for decades but I never will be again & I honestly would not give anyone a recomendation to Uhaul for anything. I am requesting ROBIN BE RECOGNIZED FOR THE OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE THAT SHE IS. SHOWN THE APPRECIATION SHE TRUELY DESERVES. I believe she started at the location 5 years ago. LASSANDRA CPicked up truck with 1/2 tank returned it with full tank that cost me $160. They didn't care said it was my problem and didn't credit me anything toward my bill. Then charged me $15 a day for some insurance I never approved. Went to return truck and bill was over $700. This was my first time renting here i just opened a business in vegas that involves a lot of transportation, safe to say you guys just lost alot of business.

He knew, and I already paid for, my 15 foot Uhaul truck for local, he changed it to a drop off after I walked out the door, then told me I could complain to CORPORATE, but THEY would refer me back to him, in other words No Oversight with U-Haul... This is my last time using their services. Took advantage of me being 70 years old. Unbelievable.
GREGORY DThe service and associates were great, but its a big surprise of the high amount per mile is charged for a one day few hours rental. I could have gone to Home depot and got a truck for 19.99 unlimited miles. Uhaul should consider a better value for someone looking to just rent for a day or few hours otherwise its not much value for your money.

Once i start the trip the chains from the hitch start dragging on the ground and sparkling once informed by other drivers I pulled over and installed zip ties, later the chain from the hitch broke I used zip ties again, overall not a great trip, I found out later that was not the proper way to install a hitch, I was very grateful I made it to my destination!!!

Courteous employees. Professional.

Keala H | Overall ExperienceI was told to expect a call from the manager today, but I'm not holding my breath. I showed up later than expected, so I was unable to chat with anyone in the office, but it was still during access hours. Not a problem, I believed, as my email clearly said that my free lock had been left in my unlocked unit. This was a lie. After figuring out the check-in process that required two separate card readers (why?) using the access code from the email, I walked in and found my unit still locked. This is where bad turned horrific. I called the managers number multiple times (using multiple phones) for self service help. The phone was simply off, it went straight to voicemail every time. Calling customer service, I asked if it was within my rights to use bolt cutters to gain access. They said no. I even offered to pay for the lock. I had driven hours from home and planned to return home in the late evening. As hotels were in high demand due to a conference, my options were another full day of driving the following day, or wait until the morning. The phone representatives basically told me "too bad, try tomorrow." Desperate, I tried sleeping in the car. If you have the ability, please look at the tape of the parking lot. We were chased out of there by a man who tried breaking into the car repeatedly and kept yelling at us. He also tried to break in to every truck in the parking lot, banging on them and causing a ruckus. Given the violence often shown by police, I felt that my best bet was to take my husband and belongings and park overnight somewhere safer. The person working in the office the following morning listened to this story, was sympathetic, and helped us promptly. Sadly, she was unable to provide us with a good explanation for why our unit wasn't ready, nor any way to make this experience less terrible. She said that she took note and promised to pass it to the manager.

Ronda handle that lady so well I was very impressed. She stayed professional and polite the entire time. Ronda needs a bonus or raise after dealing with that lady!
Quannishia B | Overall ExperienceMy experience using U-Haul spreads to about 40-50 years. 20+ years in Las Vegas and at this location, 5316 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, NV. I have also used other U-Haul and other non-U-Haul storage facilities, in Nevada and other states. U-Haul is NOT without problems. Problems do occur during normal business transactions. In fact, many. The important thing is, that U-Haul or at least all of the locations I have dealt with, especially 5316 Boulder Highway ALWAYS solved any problems to a satisfactory conclusion before the end of the day. There are many things I do NOT like at U-Haul; they are mostly at corporate level. At the end of the day, U-Haul is a One-stop-provides-all-in-moving-and-storage-needs. I will continue doing business with U-Haul as long as the safety, satisfaction, customer service, and convenience continues.
