For the second time in a row, the Peter's Street location cancelled my contract at the last minute, and I was forced to go to a distant location which involved me in heavy traffic both ways. The trailer itself was very worn and vibrated very badly at all speeds, shaking the whole car. One of the front tie-down loops was broken. The staff were friendly and professional, but the equipment was awful.

Roquee G | First ImpressionsThe day before my reservation I stopped by this location to get a couple more boxes and confirm my truck reservation. The ladies there helped me load my car which was nice! The next day however, my truck was NOT THERE. I had to go to a different location, and I got the LAST 20ft truck available. Moving is already stressful and I had people coming to meet us at the house and while I was at the U-Haul counter they asked that I call the 1800 number. We did together, but I think I just got really lucky with there being ONE MORE TRUCK I could use at a different location. The other suggestion was to wait until 5PM for another truck which was not possible.

DARRICK MThe truck tire pressure was showing errors but I checked the tires and they were all normal. Air con (and windshield de-fog!) Blower only ran if you pull on the knob a little bit. The location was great, staff was very helpful. Trying to use the app to return it was beyond infuriating, pictures seemed to get rejected at random until I gave up and just dropped the keys in the drop box.

DANIELLE CI originally had an appointment with a neighborhood uhaul renter but their location was closed on my appointment day. Then I went to a second location that was a storage and rental facility, but they were completely booked and had to check inventory at other locations. I finally went to a third location that had what i needed. The cargo van i rented had many issues that needed to be addressed, which I hope they were after i returned it. I felt unsafe driving it with multiple messages on the dashboard.
CHRISTINE RI didn't have a bulb in my unit but after several attempts I finally got 1. Each unit should be inspected for this issue and the dumpster need to be turned facing the front to easily discard items.

Their helpful and friendly demeanor, their consideration and ability to accommodate my needs far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this location, not only because of the 24-hrs accessibility, but because of the understanding of my circumstances and needs. In addition to helping me navigate some of the many barriers and roadblocks I've run into trying to gain access to my unit. I'm so grateful and would love to be able to stay until the end of the month, but nonetheless, I'm still so appreciative. I should have the option to pick up my refund CASH the next day or a check, not be forced to take a check from a cash deposit and now it’s been 6 days and I just got a received a receipt and still haven’t gotten my check for the refunded amount from my cash deposit. This is a ridiculous and the system should be more customer friendly in regards to this transaction.

I returned my last one and 2 days later got a call that it had been damaged (I tried to to the drop off with the app and photos but the internet was weird and wouldn’t upload them) there’s a huge scratch and crack on the side. Both myself and my boyfriend don’t think it was us. I know it was dark when we returned it but, still. This is a brand new uhaul and I tried submitting photos 3 separate times I feel confident I wouldn’ve remembered seeing that damage. The lady at uhaul was super nice but, tried telling me another guy had tried calling me the day before (that’s just not true) I had actually called to make sure my return went alright and he confirmed I was all good. I accept that maybe it was something I didn’t notice but, I also think this location needs to check their cameras because I feel very confident that it wasn’t me. It was my first time renting here and I’m not 100% I would do it again. At least take your own photos before trying to return.

PRISCILLA MI still have not received a call back for customer service complaint about a Iron piece that is 2" or 3" as soon when you go in the unit #0185. Someone can break their feet/toe. In my people mind the CEO do not care. Just the money! Sed to said! God see everything little things we all do! NO! STARS FOR A COMPLAINT, it sucks! No that part! But God, only God!
ANII CPick up and drop off experience was great customer service except the wait time dropping the truck off. He was helping another customer before I walked in which is understandable but maybe if another customer service representative was working it wouldn't have taken over 30 minutes

EMITT A | Overall ExperienceI scheduled this delivery on July 17th for an August 1st deliverly date. It was not delivered. I called after receiving a confirmation message of the times for delivery, when I called, they stated that it would not be delivered because they were sent to different facilities. The stated that they were sending someone to pick them up that day, but would not deliver till the next morning between 9:15 and 11:15 AM. Granted I could not be there to receive them and so I had to schedule someone else to do this as I had to go out of town. Again, this was all arranged a couple of weeks ahead of time. So, I had someone there at 9 AM, 11:30 rolls around and I get a call from the person who is there waiting for the boxes and they state no one has arrived. Once again I call the U-Haul and learned that they never went into Atlanta to pick the boxes the day before. So, now I feel lied to and upset that I am now wasting another individuals time because of you all. In fact, the 2 u-boxes did not arrive until much later. Needless to say I had to rent another trailer on top this to take the excess furniture home because my original trailer rental had to be returned to Canton because it was being rented to another customer who I did not want to have the same poor experience I have had. I will not be using your services anymore as it has costed more that I ever thought. Not to mention never got a phone call from the Regional Manager like I was promised. Poorest of client service that I have ever dealt with. Therefore I am taking this to social media to share poor experience and have my team and my employees to do the same. Perhaps you will think and act better next time. Still o calls, no emails, no follow up, equals you simply do not care! Very unfortunate it!

I arrived at 300 Peters St SW at approximately 7:04 Wednesday evening and received the utmost worst reception. Mind you nothing on any of my paperwork states to be at any facility before COB at 7 p.m. but the Peters st store flat out refuses to answer any question or assist in any way after 7:00. Stating we reopen at 7:30 nothing we can do. After about an hour of calling around I finally get to the Forrest hills location. The self checkout was another catastrophe. Then they tacked a fuel charge onto my bill after all U-haul put me thru this day. Katherine Saheghian took my initial complaint and assured me it would be reviewed and someone would contact me. See her notes for details.

JANAWA B | First ImpressionsI arrived to bring my things and move them in. I was using a Uhaul truck and had limited time on it so I was hoping to finish in a timely manner. When I get there the associate was on the phone with what seemed like a friend. The manager was busy with another customer. The associate told me that the storage I reserved was not there. I showed him my reservation and he said they didn’t have any. So I lef t frustrated. 10 minutes into my drive trying to find another storage, the manager calls and tells me that they do have a lot of open units. I turn all the way back around. I go back inside and the associate is there. I was told my info would be pulled up but it was very slow. He finally was to show me where my unit was, but instead of waiting for me to get the truck, he drove off. I waited at the gate until he finally appeared and waved for me to come towards him. I get to my unit and he asks me if I have a lock. I said “no I didn’t know I needed one. Do you sell them?” He says “yes”. Which was more frustrating because if I knew that I would’ve bought it earlier while everything was processing. He then drove off and did not show me how to open the storage. I had to call the front office and the manager explained it to me. When I was finally finished I had to go all the way back to the front just to buy a lock and then go back to my storage to lock it. This should’ve been a 30 minute process. But it took up 1 hour 45 minutes of my time. Costing me money and time. The manager was nice and apologized. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Moving is already stressful enough. Your employee made it 1 million times more stressful.

I'm sure that's not unusual, though. It seems that over my rental period the gates all around mine were replaced with new ones. It would have been nice if they would have replaced mine as well. Otherwise, the facility is convenient. The staff was always very nice and communication was consistent and polite. Thank you! If I need storage in the future, I'll be back!

When I was moving out of my storage unit on Friday, May 14th, Kendrick Moody was in the office. Kendrick insisted on ringing up the white guy that came in after us first. Even though the gentleman told Kendrick that my Fiancée and I were there first and Kendrick should help us. Kendrick still helps him before us. My Fiancée and I were still being patient after he rings up the gentleman, but next, Kendrick runs out of the store to help someone else. When Kendrick comes back, he asks us this time if he could help another person. We politely tell him no because we are moving items out of our storage unit today, and we were on a schedule. We want to rent the van so we can get started. Kendrick says "okay" and proceeds to help someone else still. When he comes back to help us finally, I asked him to remove a dolly from the service equipment contract because there were two dollys listed. Kendrick said he did, but when I received the print out both dollys were still there. Again thank you to Ms. Erica Young for fixing it and helping me and my Fiancée
