Trailer pulled very well. Traveled from MI to LA and could not be more satisfied with how it went. Second time I used this type of trailer from U-Haul and would do it again. Both pick-up and drop-off location personnel were friendly and helpful.

MICHAEL NNothing. The gentleman who provided the service at pickup and the lady who provided service at drop off were both very pleasant and professional.
TROY DGet people who dont stay on there phone the entire time your trying to return a piece of equipment. I was told that I had to reconnect the trailer to test the lights after I had already dropped it in the pouring rain. So I started my truck and pulled in fromt of the trailer and began slowly backing up. I was waiting on this young girl to stop me when I got close enough to connect the lights. But I ended up hitting the painted bumper on the trailer because the girl was busy on her telephone. It reall made me angry. I have used U Haul for decades but I will check out Penske the next time Im moving.
DAVID HBoth ladies, Crystal & Christie, have been amazing! (Rick too!) Both ladies know how the military works when it comes to moves, and have been so understanding & supportive with me while I’m going through an abrupt exit from living on post. Definitely recommend!!

SHENITA FThe check back in process through the app was NOT user friendly. Not only did I attempt it but so did a much younger person! So wasn’t just me therefore I was charged the fee which is annoying to say the least
PAIGE FWas called about the U-Haul and I told the representative I was going to be a little late returning because I was given 2 days to load, weigh, load and unload a 26 foot truck. I told the rep I was told that I could keep the truck for longer if needed and only be charged $40 extra a day. She told me average people don’t keep the truck past the 2 days. SMH

KENDALL SI wouldn’t recommend haul at all. Had a reservation at one U-Haul place and when I arrived there was no U-Haul.. I had to go to another store, to get the U-Haul that I reserved 2 days in advance. Then u haul had the nerve to call me the next day and ask why I didn’t pick up my reserved U-Haul. I will not use U-Haul again. Inconsiderate and does not honor their reservations…

Tyler LOn February 14, 2024 around 4:00 I was given the worst customer experience with uhaul that I've ever had. First, the representative came outside to grab a rug a did not bother to greet me. Once I went inside she told me to pull the truck under the pavilion, still without saying hello. After I moved the truck 10 feet and walked back inside she immediately told me she wasn't excepting any vehicles. I told her I had a screenshot that this was the location I chose on my original order and someone had to have changed it. In a rude manner she basically told me that's was my problem. After asking for the number for transit they were able to switch my location back without any assistance from the representative behind the desk. Finally, I did a remote turn in because I was tired of her attitude and lack of involvement. I hate I had to end a long day with such a disrespectful representative and it was embarrassing that it took place in front of another customer. But on a lighter note, the movers that packed my truck from Bayou Laborers were extremely professional and handled my items with care.

I forgot to tell them that I moved out- mind you, I unlocked my storage locked and cleaned it out- and they called me and asked if I was vacating the unit! So helpful! They’re a no hassle kind of business and I like that. Will definitely be using U-Haul in the future

KEVIN MI'd Searched for Days, between call Center Agents/Operators, trying to Establish a Drop-Off location & the Final Contract quote for my Rental, as my rental was (still, systematically) Due at Another location; my Needs, s😫 Dire, were Such that I w😨und up having to m😮ve 😵ut 🤯f State unexpectedly. This Manager was very Understanding 😩f my Entire 🙂rdeal. The female Member 😊n-hand (the previous day, I'm s🤔rry, her name slips my mind but she is Delightful...) is - Clearly - the W😎rking Image/Shad🌚w of the Manager that handled me this evening (Rick Tesam). When I arrived Thursday evening, Mr. Tesam wasn't there. But, she was - Wrestling ar😯und vehicle d😧llies, as if it were the same as resetting her living r😲😮m; like, #UnBelievable Their Dedicati😃n speaks v😃lumes, and they Helped me Sleep - where I didn't Think, bcuz 😨f my Circumstances, I was G😣ing t😩 Find any f😫r a L😰ng time. The night I, originally, checked it in, I forg😵t to log & leave the mileage stampings at the 'site l🤢cation. But they'd already d😇ne that by the time I'd C😇ntacted them the next aftern🤓🤓n, and Manager Tesam handled me S😳 Fast I had time to get back to my new h😃me to watch AEW Rampage 😆n TNT! The Storage Room space is Incredible. Like, I expected it would just "mirror" how it looked it in my truck rental. But, had I actually had more time to give it, I probably could've Set it up to live there, L😆L! REALLY, I'm Sure, Exhibiting the Services and #MDC Model Customer Dedication at it's Highest here, #Expertise does not even have a seat next to this. Thank Y😃u
