GLENN SToo much for me to do on the app. I felt like I was an U-Haul employee. You have moved the administrative burden to the customer. The phone call to two friends to confirm my identity was useless, invasive and a very strange phone interaction for my friends. I will look for other options before ever renting a U-Haul again.

Javier RPicked up trailer on a Thurs afternoon. Very nice young man at desk but alone! 3 customers. Brought back on following Monday afternoon and waited in line with trailer as they were again short staffed. Used to having someone unhook trailer for me but was told just to leave it in the lot. I waited behind a very large semi/flat bed looked like was delivering 2 PODS? who was also waiting behind two other uhaul trucks....
SCOTT JI was overcharged for supplies I paid for but did not receive them because there was none at this location. I was charged for damage to the truck where there was no damage. Stay away from this location.

LUIS VGreat experience with product and service at every level. Each team member was efficient and attentive but the manager, Anthony, was absolutely stellar. I arrived fairly unprepared--I had not downloaded or used the U-Haul app. Instead of playing hardball and not having time to help me, Anthony was able to do some online administrative magic and handled my rental without requiring me to get the app. He saved me at least one full hour of waiting on a day when I didn't not have an extra hour to wait. Bravo, Anthony, your service was exceptional!

ZALE AThe company maintenance department did not detect a hole under the truck's gas tank. I drove less than 2 miles from the pickup location to the gas station and ran out of gas in the middle of the intersection. I was almost hit by a car from behind. I put $25 worth of gas in the tank when I got to the pickup location. The gas completely leaked out. If there was a spark, it would have caused a warehouse fire. The consequences would have been very serious. .
PHUC NVery quick pickup and drop off. Staff was friendly and polite. Truck was reasonably priced, and the rental worked very well for my needs.

JEFFREY HIf you don’t equipment that your customer is requesting to rent say something about it! I ordered a trailer and 2 different dollies. One of which they did not have to rent and then said I could buy one!? I had actually bought help and needed 3 of them. I also ordered a 12 pack of blankets that were never given to me and I forgot about them because I was so upset about the fact that they didn’t have any of the furniture dollies that I needed! I had to drive to another U-Haul location to rent the Dollie’s and that’s when I realized that I didn’t have the blankets! The gentleman who was working there was nice enough to give me a few to use at no charge for my troubles. All in all a frustrating experience and a lot of extra wasted time and energy and mental anguish! That was my experience!

Elias SMy recent truck rental was a mostly positive experience. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. However, the system w2ouldn't accept my card. I ended up running down the street to the bank ATM for cash. That took an hour off my schedule for the day. Two things about the truck. It ran great, stared right up, everything on it was serviceable, the door and latch worked fine. The idle was set a little too high. I'd say a thousand or 1500 RPM's too high. When you let your foot off the brake the truck would move forward. The other thing was the transmission. You're riding down the street and the light turns yellow, so you let for foot off the gas to coast the rest of the way to the light. But you can't because the transmission immediately downshifts into low gear. So, you have to put your foot back on the gas to make it to the corner. Small things but they affect the gas mileage. Overall, I was still satisfied with my experience.

DANIELLE RRental was okay, check in was horrible. The employee that checked me in was smug and condesending. I scheduled the pickup for 10 but showed us a little late. Employee told me he rented the trailer and I was "shit of luck." After arguing for a while, he found one in the front that someone else did not show up for and was going to "fix a flat." Miracously it was fixed in 30 seconds but he still made me wait. I was there for over 30 minutes and at no time did I see anyone fixing the flat on the tire. Trailer was directly in front of the door. It appears the trailer was the same trailer but he found enjoyment in making me wait and beg for a trailer I already had reserved. He was a smug kid and took a lot of self control not to argue with him even thought he was obviously lying and smirking. I own multiple businesses with dozens of employees. If any one of my employeees acted like that, they would be gone or I would go out of business. Not to mention he forced me to buy "his" wiring adapter even though I already had the correct plug on my truck. Worst experience at any business I can remember in recent history. DMV makes your place look like a luxury resort. That kid should be fired for lying to customers and causing drama. The customer behind me had a similar complaint and said he was there for over an hour.
PATRICK NHand trucks ARE included in 26' trucks! Your staff said no they are not! It was! The drive made me sick as the cab developed a heavy vibration like driving over speed bumps at 55mph! The included padlock DID NOT WORK with included key!

When I went to pick it up, the guy hooked it up and was ready to let me go when I looked at one of the straps and it was broken. He found another one in Santa Ana which is out of my way by miles. I would like to be compensated for my time, for one thing this made me late for my pickup. Please let me know what can be done as I rent from uhaul often. Thank you, Rick Evans
RICHARD EWaited at sign for 10 mins as instructed and no one came out to help. When I came into store, there were no customers so staff just did not want to come out to help even though sign said to wait at truck drop off spot. I then got charged for excess mileage when the pick up spot was further than what was originally requested.

SAMANTHA PI have in the past, use to other locations and were very dissatisfied with the dirty vehicle parts not working.. This U-haul location has the friendliest customer service people as well as helpful. Answer any questions that you have enter extremely courteous and kind. I have recommended this to all my neighbors to only rent from this UHaul I have recommended this to all my neighbors to only rent from this. U haul store.. I have never seen a cleaner lot or cleaner vehicles! This locations scores a ten plus for me.
VICKY WRegarding personnel- no interaction. I used the automated return service since it was after hours. Easy and self explanatory. The facility was well lit after-hours, plenty of parking spaces.

RICHARD FProbably should get customers more info about traffic and highway laws that prohibit trailers in lanes on the left side. CA fines drivers up to $1,000 if they are caught in any lane besides the most right lane.
ERYK BGive renters full tank gas and request to refill up to full upon return instead of making us guess how much to fuel up. I drove for 8 miles, fueled up $5.33 to original tick but worker claimed it was off by a bit, so I was charged an additional $9. I shouldn’t have even bothered fueling up.

TAMMY TThere was only one person working at the rental register on a Saturday and it created a long line, which took off of my rental time. The location gave me a truck that was almost empty on fuel. I went to a gas station nearby as suggested and there was something wrong with the fuel opening that I had to hold down for a couple seconds at a time because it would stop. I was barely able to get fuel In and it wasted more of my move Andy rental time.

Robin CPaperwork was incorrect and I ended up being charged extra hundreds of dollars. Management refused to fix the problem or take accountability for their employees mistake. Ridiculous location do not recommend.
