I tried tomcontact my local store and nothing got done or any help was approved or anything. Nobody even tried to contact me. No phone call. No email. No dam knock at the door.. nothin.. people have lives and they deal with life on a day to day basis no matter who you are. Life happens and when it does not everybody has money or in my case no vehicle for that moment in time to get my things out of my unit. Yes you've been very patient in my move out process but you didn't need to throw my belongings and valuables and memorabilia and tools and all our stuff. Without notice! I talked to some so called region manager who was very rude and inconciderate... Very.. And not helpful to his customers at all. Isn't that what a business is for is to help people and make them want to come back and all that. So that being said... I'm getting my attorney and we will be handling this. You don't want to help anybody well then here we go. Just so you know that I'm very displeased that uhaul would do such a thing and haul our stuff to the landfill where we can't even recover it. Had some important stuff in there. There are laws against that sort of thing messing with peoples personal property. Even if it was on your property. I had that unit for maybe 3 weeks. Not even a month yet. And isn't there first month is free?! Exactly! So we'll be seeing ya soon. Thanks for your time. All I want is some compensation for it. All I got was no compassion. And very rude non appreciative representative. I'm not gonna say who it was... You know who you are and so you know you better cross your Ts and dot your eyez.
Scott E | Overall ExperienceYour self check in system is terrible, whilst using a browser (Safari or Chrome) the location services do not work. Before you assume that it is a user error, I made it a point for both browsers location services to be enabled on my phone. After downloading the app, the process was not much easier. The fact that I had to provide you with a "contact" and that a representative has to reach out to my contact to confirm that they know me (which is not a security feature, I could easily provide a fake contact and ask them to say they are my fake contact which renders this step useless) the process was wonky at best. The instructions were terrible, (example: to locate the truck ID it told me to look at the drivers side left corner, the information was on the drivers side rear quarter) the location did not have parking stall names (it said the truck was at space A-4) and the lock combination was not explicit. The return process was worse because it kept telling me that it would charge me a fee if I was returning it to the same location and not to another location across town that would cost me mileage even though I had agreed to return the truck to the same location, and as of today three days after my rental/return I still keep getting notifications about "my upcoming reservation" (which I do not have since I did not make it.) Please fix your system, implemented correctly, you could potentially be employee free as far as the check in process goes.

I had to enter provided access code in specific keypad, but no instructions as to which keypad that was. I'm just glad I tried them all. When it was time to leave, there were no instructions on how to get the garage door open. It was an automatic open from outside the building, so one might assume it was an automatic open from the inside... no. From the driver's seat of my vehicle I could not see the manual button on the wall. Again, I had to hunt around to figure that one out too.

I will also say that your truck and storage pricing is completely ridiculous. It took me less than two minutes to find a better service at less than half your price. I wouldn’t recommend UHaul to any person that I remotely care about. You have been begging me to review your service; So, here you go…..no extra charge…you’re welcome

justine jGive yourself a lot of extra time for drop off and pick up of Uboxes It seems that the Ubox drivers are the only ones certified to do certain things at the warehouse (ie driving a forklift, offload semis, wrapping boxes, etc...) so when they are at the warehouse they are pulled in several directions and cannot actually transport boxes as promised. We were the only delivery on the day of our drop off and were told the day prior it would be 9:30 for the the first drop off, it was almost 11:30. The second delivery was also very delayed. We ended up having to pay our workers to sit and wait for 2 hours and then they were forced to leave due to hourly maximums. We had to finish unload and pay extra to get help the next day. Manager Ben did everything he could to help and was very communicative but the ubox situation is not a good one.
We experienced multiple problems trying to get moved to Grand Island NE and so it was a respite for us that everyone was friendly and even when the first person didn't know the answer to our needs she referred us to the manager (Ben) that was very helpful and friendly...therefore professional all the way around.
