I appreciated the easy access to the facility. However, not having elevators to move belongings to the second floor became too much for me, as well as the increase in price.

JANE UI was supposed to drop off trailer at Lewisville location but because the location was closed by midnight when I was done, the driver of the truck took it to a location near his home where he could keep eye on trailer till we could get it returned safely and I got charged an additional 40 dollars, bad experience with this rental

CHADWICK PYour internal communication is garbage. My box arrived fine. Everything else in between sucked. Neither locations seem to know anything about ubox. First location had 0 furniture pads to give me. They also want a 24 hr heads up however when you call nobody seems to know. Your automated call system is also infuriating and would make me never want to use uhaul again. Happy with my stuff getting shipped and arriving early no damage. Not happy with your terrible system communication. Train your people for ubox.

DANIEL PAngel was AWESOME!! This is our second time to use this location and our experience with Angel was excellent. He took the time to make sure that everything regarding our trailer rental went well. He double checked the lights and had to replace one of the brake lights. He was very courteous and professional. We will certainly use this location again for trailer rentals.

JOHN DDolly wasn’t in truck at pickup. Got home and discovered it was missing. Support was no help and I had to drive 45 minutes back to pick a dolly up. No credit no we are sorry no nothing.

DAVID MJust make sure the chains are hooked up to your vehicle before leaving.The chains are for safety if trailer comes unhooked from vehicle. We was lucky to make it home towing car when my son noticed Noone connected them.

EDITH GI really feel like we were robbed of the items placed in this storage unit at your facility. I in fact was the one who called and set up this unit for a family member and the person who helped me over the phone mistakenly put the unit in my name. the unit was supposed to have been placed in my aunts name... That's why her credit card was used to make the first payment. But once I realized that I was the sole person listed on the unit, I wanted my name off. I was told that my aunt would be given a chance to come and sign for the unit. That opportunity was never given. Instead the unit was set up for auction. Tho I called to get the unit paid off in full, I was told that it was too late, even tho the auction had not been done yet. I feel like you all knew of this loop hole and took advantage of us, and robbed us of our belongings. It's a shame to know that people are this down low and dishonest.

EDITH GThe first vehicle that was assigned to me had maintenance lights on and a gash in the tire. Had I not done a walk around there would have been nothing stopping me from taking a vehicle that needed attention. Vehicles need to be better inspected before renting.
GENEVIEVE WI rent a uhaul 15 foot , for 24 hours I was supposed to get the truck a 3:23 pm of 30 of October but I need the truck a little longer so o rented fo another day but when I call that I was going to be a little late around 4 pm 2 of November they toll me that they were going to crash me like another day but I tell the staff member that I was going to be a little late I just an hour but they chracge me like a day and I am really disappointed with uhaul I think I am not going to rent any truck for a while.

When I spoke with the manager and showed how the mice chewed through my furniture pads he said you have insurance, just file a claim. Gave me some mouse poison and said you are the only one that complained. This piece of furniture couldn’t have been replaced. I wanted to remove my furniture but thought I’d input it somewhere else and it was damages they could say it didn’t happen at the UHaul facility.

I was already overcharged for the auto transport at the facility in Janesville, il and only refunded $60 when I was over charged over $120. Horrible experience. My storage unit had a huge hole on it and u could see outside without trying to. There was a huge rat trap and I could hear rat squealing while trying to move out and I’m TERRIFIED of Mice. Never again. I’d appreciate a refund for that last month. I didn’t expect to pay and couldn’t pay until a few days later so was charged a $15 late fee. I paid $150 and didn’t think I should have because I arrived from out of state to move out but the guy said I was one day late and it was nothing he could do. I left my things that day since I had alley been charged and just moved out yesterday.
